Very good location in bad Saarow close to therms and restaurants Hotel is in the same building with the cinema, scent of fresh popcorn fills the building (they should have a little welcome popcorn snack :) ) We were greeted very warmly and had absolutely no problems with anything during our stay We had a room without breakfast so I cannot rate the food Rooms are modern, equipped with iPad for convenient booking of services Also we got rituals pillow mist and shower gel as a gift, very thoughtful!

Main complain is that it could probably be cleaner. Besides the shower drain, which still had hairs of previous guests in it, the place was infested with silverfish. During our stay we have seen them every time we were back into the room after dark, as well as in the night. They were around the shower but also in the room. Silverfish are not harmful, but quite unpleasant. They are not easy to get rid of in the new buildings like this one, but possible with the very good deep undusting and keeping rooms dry, clean, lit, aired. At least improving situation enough to reduce their amount is possible with more attention to the problem. I have no other complaints, our stay was pleasant overall

It was hot but the air conditioning was not working . The room was +26 . This is very hot for us . We were advised to open the window) There was no kettle in the room, although on the photo there is one. It was important for me. I was with a small child. I appealed to the staff, they solved this problem very quickly. Just keep in mind that the kettle is not necessarily in the room)

First time being in Velotel and I really recommend it. The room was brilliant, the housekeeping ladys very friendly , smiling (that's not common). Breakfast more than enough, as well stuff friendly. Big mention to Ramon a young boy who is in his last year in the Ausbildung , his smile and his motivation make me hope that Gastronomie it's about passion. The reception stuff as well very efficient. I will be back for sure .

Nothing to do with the hotel, due to works on railway network and problems on S-Bahn network, getting to the location from/to Berlin was bit of a hassle, taking much longer than planned and expected.

Very clean with good wifi and very helpful staff.

Parking was advertised, however completely unsuitable. I went to the spa car park instead and parked there. As I was not travelling solo this was not an issue, but would not have to walk alone late at night back to the hotel. As the machine in the carpark didn't take cards, I also had to allow time each morning to get change and walk to the car with my bags and work equipment. I would have given an excellent for the facilities if this had been good.

Close to everything, very comfortable, I managed to make check-in a couple of hours earlier. I especially enjoyed the hotel room design.

It didnt bother me at all because I was alone, however the design decision of WC/ Bad door is rather controvercial - lack of privacy.

Carpark always full and on one occassion there was space, it was VERY difficult to get in and out. Had to park in Therma carpark which was very awkward to access and not serviced 24 hours like hotel carpark.

It's our third time in this hotel and we like it so much. Hotel is clan and modern. Staff is super nice and helpful. Location is 2 min walk from Therme. Free parking. Good breakfast.

Great & central location, close to train station & Saarow Therme. Comfortable room size. Private coffee machine & water kettle in room.

The hotel was clean, everything looked fresh and tidy. The staff was perfect hosts and really welcoming. The facilities within the room were excellent and quite specious. It was the only available Hotel at a reasonable price close to Berlin. Since it was high season most hotels in the city centre were fully booked or flat out too expensive. I loved the proximity to the lake which has stunning views all around.

I was looking forward to using the spa but it was closed due to some renovations. Perhaps a little notice that the spa was not available within the dates of the upgrades would have been welcomed. It was not easy for non-german speakers to use public transport and get there. You'd definitely need a good device/smartphone to translate and heavily use either Maps (iOS) or Google maps to get all the right transport connections.
