Located on a technology park on the outskirts of the town, effectively in a rural area so very pleasant and quiet. (Some low background traffic hum could be heard from the main road a little distance away although this did not detract from our stay). Plenty of parking. The bedrooms are situated in a separate building to the main reception/restaurant area, although access is via a short covered walkway so no problems regarding moving between the 2 areas in the event of bad weather. We had a good sized room, with beds for 3 people although there were only 2 of us. There was a large screen TV - good for watching the Euro 2024 football from the comfortable chairs provided. The beds were similarly comfortable and we enjoyed a good night's sleep. The room did not have total blackout as the blinds did not fully cover the entire window. The windows could, however, be opened for ventilation. No kettle or tea/coffee provided in the room, just a bottle of water. There was a reasonable choice of tasty items at breakfast, which was served in the restaurant at which we had eaten the previous evening - decent food then as well. There were plenty of tables in the garden outside if you wished to eat there.

Great location just a short drive from the Freedom highway. Dog friendly rooms are comfortably located in a separate part of the property with lots of outdoor space to walk your pooch. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Just something to be mindful of in busy periods(we stayed just before Xmas) if you are traveling with a noise sensitve pet. The rooms are not fully sound proof so you will hear fellow guests walking in the hallway and entering their rooms. It's not loud enough to disturb sleep - we just have a nervous dog so we had to crate her in the room for extra comfort, but we were prepared to do that

Location: easy to reach even without a car. There's a lovely tram going from the city center of Frankfurt (Oder) to the hotel area. The tram cuts through the wood. Just lovely. Dinner: simple but tasty. The chicken was perfectly cooked. Breakfast: very good and complete breakfast. Worth paying the extra. Staff: at the evening we have been welcomed by a very friendly man who also served us during dinner. Plus: the polish border is right in front of the city. SO for adventurers like me, it's just perfect as you can go to Poland and explore that side, which is totally different from German side.

The doors in the toilet are suffering from water coming from the shower. Will be nice to see them refreshed.

Very close to IHP, there is a decent restaurant, easy access from highway, very efficient. And they have bunnies in the garden.

Not really a touristic region, it is a practical stopover point and like me if you have business in the area

Great hotel, the owners and the staff were very friendly. The food was delicious. For the first time in all the years I travel I was suggested a coffee "to go" for my trip without any fee! That was a pleasant surprise! Definitely recommended!

Clean, spacious, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and service like coffee to go. Also restaurant on site, so perfect for an easy break on a longer journey. Close to the motorway but peaceful setting too.

very quiet location very convenient access to the network large parking the room I had I could go outside to smoke if needed from my room cleanliness order I really, really liked it and the Garden is also very beautiful and there are a lot of rabbits running around there

the restaurant is not open all day only the correct hours are in the evening and in the morning during the day it is not open

Incredible value. Food was excellent (both evening and breakfast) and there was a lot of it. Room was spacious and clean and I slept well. Im a solo motorbike rider and ease of access to the main routes into Poland was great. A definite a gem that I heartily recommend.

Poor ventilation (so even opening the windows in the evening didn't help) and no AC, relevant only during very hot days (and it was a very good day) - so probably only few days a year

Pillows were very soft. It's a bit outdated in its look, though that didn't bother be.
