Haus am Spreebogen was a cute nice hotel, with very nice and helpful staff that made me feel welcomed. The location was beatiful. Waking up to a lake view on a early fall morning was amazing and going on a walk after breakfast was perfect. It is also close to the town centre and only 10 mins walk from the train station.

The only thing I would give some feedback on is to update the pictures on booking.com. The room I got was a bit different than the ones depicted on this website. It had a red wall to wall carpet with some yellow shapes. I don't really mind it. However, I was expecting something similar to the pictures.

Parking lot has lots of space for vehicles which is really nice. I normally travel by train, so I was a bit apprehensive beforehand but it turned out that I really didn't need to be. Breakfast was pretty good; the staff would come to your table and ask if you wanted eggs, and if so, how you wanted them. Very friendly staff in general.

The interior was a bit old-fashioned which I didn't like but I was only there to sleep, so who cares.

Haus am Spreebogen is an exceptional, inexpensive hotel. My room was very spacious and clean, if a bit plain and simple (perfectly fine for the price). The real highlight of this place is its staff. I arrived very late, after the front desk closed, and the hotel staff really went out of their way to make sure my check-in will be smooth regardless. Friendliest people ever.

Haus am Spreebogen is clean, comfortable and well located in very pleasant surroundings on the river. Free parking is great.

The check in was a bit confused. However, the problems were eventually solved.

The rooms and bathrooms were very nice and well equipped . Comfortable beds and cleaning was superb. Staff very service minded and friendly.

Nothing to complain about,

Comfortable and well furnished room in marine style with much light, Large balcony with pretty river and park view. Very nice Breakfast staff.

Nice and quiet atmosphere. Staffs are always friendly and helpful. There was a bar truck in the park in front of river right behind the hotel.

Socket and switches is not convenient

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, right next to the river. In good weather, you can sit outside in the terrace to eat and drink. The set menu was delicious.

Superb location especially if you don’t drive and took the train. Great river views and perfect for walks. I took my dog which was allowed everywhere with me, including the restaurant. they even provided dog bowls and a welcome treat! facilities were excellent including offering an umbrella loan service, baby sitting and free WiFi.

my only issue was that I was clear I was on my own with my dog and was relying on the restaurant (after having enquired), to find out an hour or two before dinner that the restaurant was actually closed for 2 nights of my stay.

The attentiveness of the staff, clean and nicely decorated hotel and room, great size room, great breakfast and a restaurant for dinner if taken.
