Amazing architecture. Very nice and cozy rooms.

Professionalism of staff was not on the best level. Specially ladies during breakfast time, which for me is not acceptable for this price. There is only outdoor pool. And restaurant not working on Sundays. They re charging extra for slippers, 5€ per person. Which in my opinion is very rude, considering price of hotel per night. Regarding spa, just a lot lot of saunas… Gym extremely small and equipment is very limited. Overpriced.

Wonderful place. Well organised. Rooms are perfect, although you have to like an open plan bathroom ;-)) Building is already a great pleasure and super-interesting. I will come back here in the summer, when the pool is open and the garden comes to the fore.

A desk or some sort of table in the rooms would be great. There is nowhere to sit and write a few words or where to place a laptop. That would be great.

Just beautiful setting and lovely rooms with an excellent spa.

Limited menu, although well done. Bit far out of town but then that’s not why you go there. Ask for a front room, if you can. We did not know and were looking into woods, lovely but the front facing view was spectacular. Booking.com/hotel should make this super clear. A bit of guidance for the spa would help too.

A cosy hotel in a very good place, Surronded by forests and hills it offers a pleasant place to hide and rest. The surrounding area offers many hiking and wandering routes. The breakfast is very good, far beyond the german simplicity what is unfortunatelly very common.

A bit pricy, The staff is owerwhelmed also it could happen that you must wait a long time to be served.

The hotel and staff are amazing. One of, if not the best hotel I have stayed at.

The only downside is no tea or coffee making facilities in the standard rooms. They can be accessed from the reception / dining area.

Everything was wonderful it was snowing and the view was amazing from the room

A cosy hotel in South-Bavaria in an attractive location. Surrounded by hills and meadows, calm and remote place to take a rest or to take lang tours. Very good breakfast, far above of the German mediocre level.
