Location was really lovely with plenty of places to walk and enjoy the scenery, both down by the lake and in the hills above the town. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The layout of the room with the television above the bed was a bit weird and the bedside light did not work as a reading lamp.

i liked the location, the rooms and all the facilities in general. The pool area i s very beautiful!!! Breakfast is rich with extra free of charge options.

The quality of the food at the restaurant could improve. The room is old fashioned but it is ok, nothing exceptional.

Spacious with a nice location on the lake with a bus stop down the road to and from from Gmund if you arrive by train. The bathrooms were great as were the facilities especially the restaurant on the terrace which served nice food. We ate there both nights of our stay. There was also a good breakfast and good service from the staff. My single room had a nice balcony and view. Thank you for a happy stay.

Parts of the rooms look a little dated if you worry about that sort of thing. There was no air con in my room and it was pretty hot while we were there but I slept with the balcony door open all night and it was fine.

Staff .. a bit busy. Old room, small, old facilities - pool and jacuzzi.

We are a family of four (4 yr old and 5 yr old) and we loved this hotel. The staff are truly friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little old but extremely clean. Extremely. And the room, balcony and bathroom were big. There's a bottle of free water in the room, and lotion/sewing kit/shampoo/QTips are provided. I do recommend you bring your own hair dryer though; there's wasn't very powerful. The location is walkable to restaurants, a wine/beer stand, and the ferry. We used the pool and it was great. We also used the snow room, which was really awesome and unique. I would def recommend this hotel to families. We had a fantastic experience.

That there was no clock in the spa Area as well as no bell to inform the staff of, for example, more cups for the tea etc.

The hotel is situated directly on the Tegernseer Lake. Having Diner and Breakfast on a warm summer day on the terrace directly near the lake. The view was magnificent. The staff is friendly and helpful.

30% of the sauna area wasn’t working the way it should be, but that’s oke somethimes things breakdown…

Unfortunately, our towels were not replaced although we hung the respective sign on our room door.

The facility was nice and clean, right next to the beautiful lake.

You should know that you’ll need your own toothbrush prior to coming!
