We had a triple bed room booked. And had subsequently requested the hotel to provide us with an additional cot for our 7 year old. This was approved by the hotel. However, due to some misunderstanding the extra cot was not available on the date of check in. There were no extra cots/beds available on the day. So the staff checked internally and provided us with an extra double bed room for free. To make things even better, this extra room was just next to our original room thus making things so easy for us to coordinate.

Excellent location for travelling via motorway and have overnight stopover for rest and sleep. Excellent service, super friendly staff and very clean room. Beds super comfortable , no back pain in the morning. Extra bonus is walking just 1 min. across road to have McDonald’s and KFC. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants 5 stars experience for little money paid.

The hotel is near the highway which influenced my decision. The room was clean, the bathroom equipped with everything you need.I will definitely go back there when planning my next trip through Germany.

No way to make tea or coffee in the room. The proximity of a gas station or McDonald's solves this problem.

Great value. Staff is great. Rooms are simple but adequate and location is perfect for transit. Dont expect anything fancy. There are also workers from different countries there which can give a slightly seedy vibe but they are not a bother at all. Perfectly safe.

Cant fault anything for the price.

Great motel – big room, comfortable beds, very clean. Suited our needs just right, as we needed to spend a night somewhere close to Hannover on our way from the Netherlands.

I couldn't get Air conditioner to work but it wasn't very hot so I didn't bother the staff.
