It was conveniently located and the room was ok.

There is no parking for clients, one needs to find parking in the neighbourhood and it’s not free. The other thing is that no one comes to make the room up, bring coffee/tea sugar essentials despite having told one of the workers to do so. It would be great if they would be making up all rooms as is in normal hotels. Other clients were seen smoking in their rooms through the window, others played loud music after the quiet time window.

Perfect location. Very clean and comfortable. Quick access to the old town/center or the nearby park and also the metro station is only a 2 minute walk (250m). Restaurants and grocery stores are within easy walking distance and you can walk to the market hall in 10 minutes (800m). The neighbourhood is also extremely comfortable and safe.

The point of having a kitchenette in the apartment suffers a lot when there is extremely limited kitchenware. There was only a 1,5L kettle and no frying pan or larger kettles. That was a huge let down for me and that takes one star away from my rating. Also there should be a screwdriver/bottle opener (well, now there is, since I left one screwdriver there) and some other basic kitchenware such as a cheese slicer etc. Small minus is also the fact that the walls are not very soundproof. If you have loud speaking neighbours you can hear everything. I mean, everything! I was lucky enough to have loud neighbours only for one night. Other than that it was very quiet.

The best studio I have ever lived in! With very spacious and cozy studios. I immediately felt at home :) I loved it! My room +bathroom were big enough, perfect for 1 person. The bathroom was very fancy and very clean and the kitchen had everything I needed! A toaster, utensils, a fridge, a stove, washing soap, pans and pots, lots of glasses, salt, pepper and oil, a kettle etc. Thank you so much for providing me with all of this. Also the kitchen was beautiful and the whole design of the studio was homey. I had a big comfortable bed! There was heating in the room, a big smart TV and good wifi. No noise from neighbours, I slept well, the park and metro were nearby and the price was great. Couldn't be happier! I will definitely come back here :)

It was a bit hard to check in through the app/link and get the code. It was confusing to me, so I had to call support service. Luckily they helped me and I got in eventually. When I tried to connect my laptop with the Smart tv to broadcast, it connected with my neighbours TV instead! I bet they weren't happy...

The apartments are acceptable, and I liked everything overall. However, there are a couple of drawbacks: 1. The bathroom floor ruins the overall look. It’s old, feels a bit cold, and doesn’t match the otherwise nice interior, which slightly affects the impression. 2. The TV does not support smart functions, making it impossible to watch movies or use AirPlay. The property is located about 1.5 km from the city center in a quiet neighborhood. Overall, I enjoyed my stay 👍.

The best location one can have. Check in was well coordinated and we didn't need a key. The code was shown after doing a check in online..with legitimation process of sending a selfy, and copies of my id. To our question, we were referred back to the app again by the staff.. The Internet was very good for my two hour meeting that l had. The location is perfect and not far from the ubahn station.. We had a good night and could cook our breakfast with the cooker, coffee machine and tea bags, sugar..oil provided.. We had cutlery and boiling cooker..tv..wine glasses etc. The lift come in handy since we had many luggages.. Will definitely consider this apartment if l ever visit Hanover again

Nothing .love every bit of our stay

The apartments are located inbetween the new and old town which is perfect. They are near a metro stop which takes you out to the gardens. The apartments themselves are more studios but are really thoughtfully done. We did not eat anywhere but in the old town as it was close, varied and well priced, for tourists. The Neue Rathaus is close by for the amazing lift, but also you can get the Red Thread book for the walking tour, which is really pleasant. The gardens are well worth visiting and are a couple of stops from Limehouse.

Nothing.... Oh, a couple more coffee pods please. We tried to buy more but couldn't find them.

I liked the comfortable bed and the bed linen - especially the beautiful waffle linen throw. I liked the thoughtfulness that had gone into the room (but see what I didn’t like too). I loved the fact it was overlooking trees and a garden, I could hear the birds and sleep safely with the windows open.

Some of the design decisions were a little strange: the amount of kitchenalia for such a small single room really excessive! 3 frying pans, several large pans etc and all the utensils most of which were unnecessary and took up a lot of space. For some reason there were 3 vases (?) but the wardrobe space was so narrow that I can’t imagine a businessman’s bulky suit would hang well in it. And an iron would’ve been more useful than pans. Surely a microwave would be more sensible than all the crazy amount of extraneous stuff that would have to be checked and cleaned each changeover? Having said all that it was a good experience and I would stay again just for the location, the lovely waffle throw and the birdsong.

Location, compact and complete facilities. Washer and dryer downstairs.

Explanations about how to use washer and dryer in English would be helpful. We had to ask 2 different people for help and they weren’t sure either. Really need a strip under the slider in shower to create a little dam to keep the water from flowing onto the bathroom floor. We had to roll up the bath mat to stop the water from flowing onto the floor. The other issue we had was understanding how to use the codes the first time getting into the building and the apartment. We are in the older generation so it was more difficult for us. After the first time it was easy. Also the outside back garden would be lovely to use if there was a small metal table and 2 chairs for use upon the patio that is already there….it would be a lovely place to sit and read and enjoy the quiet beauty.

The hotel is really great: top location, everything's automated, small kitchen with a fridge, nice rooms, relatively quiet

Please fix your Wi-Fi!!! It's unusable! I have a 1Mb/s mobile internet that I had to share with my laptop, otherwise nothing worked via hotel Wi-Fi. I don't know if it's a deliberate throttling or a misconfiguration.
