- Super clean, like... exceptionally clean! There was no dust at all, not even at the back of the TV. Who the hell would clean that thoroughly. - Easy check-in & Checkout - Nice staff - Stunning breakfast - Good view of the lake.

The fixture for the showerhead was a little loose. (Room 508) But that's probably just because it head been freshly replaced and didn't really get a testing yet. But that's really everything, and that is barely even a complaint. We really had a great stay there.

Great location, just in front of the lake. If you take a walk along the lake you can find a nice restaurant on the water. It was a slight renovation during our stay but didn't hear anything. And i forgot my electric teeth brush but staff was so friendly and effective to send it back home to me, very appreciated :)

What's not to like

The place, the space and the attention was very good. The beds were very comfortable and the TV was big, perfect for a relaxing stay and also for going around town, since it was a 20 min walk away from the center.

The wifi kept getting disconnected and it would slow down, you needed to disconnect / reconnect for it to work properly again.

I should clarify that I traveled for business. The place was amazing for my situation. Quiet area, close my to job, with accessible areas for cars, taxis and bikes. The staff was more than helpful, the breakfast was really huge and the overall experience was exactly what a travelling engineer would require to relax after work, with the guaranteed quality of a Marriott.

The only cons for this Marriott was that the common areas were not very clean. The same goes to my armchair where were visible stains from the last guest and the price which could have been better, compared to the rest of the city.

Bed was comfortable. Parking was easy at a public parking lot just next to the hotel premise. Located on the shore of the lake, the hotel provides a good access to the lake for jogging/strolling.

Was not able to access to the hotel property, using Google map navigation (blocked due to some road works). Vegetable for the salad at the breakfast restaurant was not fresh.

Spacious room and bathroom, plenty of mirrors, closet with real hangers, close to lake and park

The receptionist was passively aggressive at check-in and she try to sell us the €24 per person breakfast but didn’t mention there was a 14 euro continental breakfast available as well. Loud area due to the Oktoberfest, and football game and cleaning in the stadium. The leaf blower on the pathway below the windows (4th floor with window closed) was very disturbing at six in the morning. carpet had better days. No U-Bahn connection.

It's a Marriott!, in perfect location for a main city, we use it once a year for our annual Memorial Rugby match in Hannover & have a large group that travel here for a long weekend in the area , finishing in Hannover with the Schützenfest. Therefore the location is great

The lift was being fixed, and the building needs a revamp. The cafe or bar can be nicer to match the Marriott standard.

Great location, we were going to a concert and so it was a 5 minute walk. The hotel was clean, room was spacious and modern, beds were super comfy and the staff were friendly and professional

Nothing it was great!

It was a very comfortable and big double room with a nice view of the park. The room was very well equipped. The personnel was very polite and professional. The breakfast was really varied, tasty and the view from the restaurant on the lake was marvelous.
