Perfect location for the Christmas markets. We loved our stay here. We come to the city often as we have family here and have tried many hotels in Hannover. This has been our favourite so far. Our room had an additional sofa which we didn't expect as well as a kettle (which isn't always common in French/German/Austrian hotels). They also had fresh carrots/apple/ginger and a juicer at breakfast with which to make healthy breakfast juices.

Some plant milks at breakfast would have been great, as well as fried eggs (they just had scrambled/boiled). But this was just a small thing as the breakfast buffet was otherwise great. Also our room was quite dark but it was on the side of the building so I expect those at the front and back would have had more light.

Location was great, small walk to everything. Parking at the hotel was good, 15 euro a day. At the end, the room was good, bed was a bit hard, facilities were ok.

We booked an economy room, after check in, the room they gave us, was nothing like the room in the pictures and had a weird smell. It had small windows, a really small bed, bathroom was extremely old and small. I went down to ask for it, straight away they gave us another room..... Much bigger, better facilities, and much more comfortable. Great service, but to be honest, if we didn't say anything, we would have been staying in that shitty room with small windows, small shower and no facilities.

the location , middle of the marketplace ,front of the old Rathaus ,everythings are walkable from this hotel , the new Rathaus in the corner , shopping area acros the street, U-Metro , restaurants cafés surrounding … Parking under the hotel , and we bought our mini doggy for extra charge . the room is comfortable, -and clean ,nice badrooms , bed is good . Free hotdrinks at the lobby .

Nothing actually , But a mini Kühlschrank in the room would be nice

I really liked the hotel lobby and its beautiful view. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the Altstadt, with easy access to the main train station, U-Bahn, and S-Bahn. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the staff were kind, attentive, and professional.

It would have been even better if there had been a kettle with some tea or coffee options in the room, and having access to an ironing facility would have added a nice touch of convenience. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

The location is fantastic, with a 15min easy walk from the station, and the Altstadt is right outside the hotel. It's accessible for taxis as well. The room was comfortable, the shower was a proper walk in shower, and it was clean! The room was quiet, the breakfast was substantial, and the staff were friendly. Plenty of restaurants around for meals, and you are looking at parts of the old town when you have your breakfast.

I liked everything, my only fault was the pillows, which were lovely, but feather pillows are all air and little substance. They could be looked into.

Clean and comfortable room with a firm mattress. Good shower with fixed rain head and hand held. Excellent breakfast with plenty of options. Helpful staff and a great location for exploring the city.

Not so much didn't like, but worth being aware that the bathroom facilities are in the room itself rather than being ensuite - fine for solo travel, but definitely no privacy if sharing. If you like to keep the window open and are more bothered by smells than noise, consider asking for a room on the front side since the smell of cigarette smoke comes in from people taking their break out the back. Finally, the vending machine on the ground floor delivers drinks far more gently than the one of the fourth floor, which is good for avoiding getting sprayed by the beer you've just purchased (cash required).

Excellent breakfast, we loved the freshly squeezed orange juice and variety of options available, very friendly staff, room was nice, just a little small shower but still ok ;)

The pillows were very big and stuffed with goose feathers which was an issue for me (alergic) but also for my partner (not alergic). I sugest you check with reception prior or at the arrival if there are any other options available.

Loved the location in the old town. It’s close to major sights, shops, and restaurants, with beautiful views of the market square and church. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great stay with just a few minor improvements needed!

The only downside was the bedding— the pillows weren’t great, and the blanket was too thin for winter temperatures. A bit more comfort there would’ve been ideal.

The location is great so much to see and do around it . 5 mins from the station and then 5 mins to the river. Breakfast was great so much choice . The staff were so friendly and helpful. I wanted a kettle as I like tea and the staff loaned me a kettle which was great . Clean rooms nice chill out area down stairs . Would stay there again . There are amazing churches near and the ring their bells as 8am so you won’t miss breakfast.

IMO there is nothing wrong with this hotel.

location is amazing, it's just in the old town, breakfast was good, croissants were amazing. staff was helpful. Check-in & out was simple. the towels were clean.

Room was small, after second day there was no water although room was cleaned. Pillows were too soft and there was only two, but we asked one extra and it was not soft like we prefer to.
