All staff were fabulous, both front of house, serving and cleaning. Breakfast was great except on one day when there was no hot food. Otherwise good variety of food and hot drinks served freshly made. Location was great for our needs, and is close to the tram/tube station.

There was no safe or fridge in the room. The view was over someone else's appartments and courtyard, no net curtains on the windows for daylight privacy! There was no lounge or anywhere to sit outside the room during the day. We had a 'superior double' room and it only had one chair/sitting area. No staff present in the afternoons when people are coming to check in, we did not receive the door code until after we had been let in using the intercom to central office. Code also not provided on the app, just via email. I would describe this as a B&B as what is provided is bed and breakfast, no communal seating area etc.

It was a really good value for the price

The late check-in process was crazy (very late in the evening, during normal hours it should be OK, I suppose). I received some email in German that I must register via some website/app. OK, I had done online check-in on the website (even though I had to register on an unknown website with email for that, why?), but afterwards I received another couple of the same emails from them and no confirmation about my check-in. Of course, when we came there, the doors were closed and we didn't have the code to open them. Fortunately, some person was available on the intercom, who let us in after some discussion (big thanks!) So, please, debug your online check-in system =)

Room was very clean and the mattress was very comfortable. The TV had plenty of german and english channels to pass the time, and the wifi was pretty fast, so watching videos or video calling friends and family was no problem. The breakfast had a big assortment of bread, meat cuts, cheeses, fresh fruit, cereal, etc, especially for a small dining room. The location was good as well, with plenty of restaurants around and close to a main metro station

The room was a bit bigger than I anticipated, which is always a nice surprise. The bed was superbly comfortable and I had no issue sleeping. The staff was very nice, despite the fact that they weren't there full time.

It took a little while to figure out how get into the hotel and parking garage. But once you figure out the system, it works. I wish it would have been more clear what parking spots belong to the hotel in the garage. Also, I could hear people in the hallway from my room. However, it wasn't too loud.

The staff is always responsive, helpful and friendly. The facilities were very clean and the small details such as coffee, tea and toiletries were great.

The self-check-in procedure is overly complicated and user unfriendly. It relies on too many steps and counts on technology to function at every step of the way. In reality however, an online check in may fail, vital check.-in information may be missing, etc.

Good wifi Comfortable bed air conditioning!!! desk, tv, cupboard very nice bathroom well equipped and provided towels nice staff, they brought our suitcases to our room self check-in seemed complicated at first, but worked out fine very clean overall very satisfied with our stay and recommendable hotel!

there was little space in the room around the bed, we had small suitcases and we could barely open them, but the size of the room was indicated when booking so it was no surprise

I received an early check-in which was great since I traveled the whole night! It was also good that the hotel has parking spaces in the garage. The location is great, some nice restaurants are near by and within walking distance is pretty much everything. There are plenty of different choices for breakfast so that my day started on a nice note.

Breakfast coffee was quite week, more like a US one than a European. However, across the street is a Turkish coffe bar so I had a strong Mokka there.

The check in was straightforward. The room was warm and the bed comfortable. In the morning the staff were helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. The location is quite central and the hotel was good value taking this into account. I discovered the convenience of the tram for the Hauptbahnhof.

The coffee was a bit light for my taste. I should be more fluent in German, but the staff had sufficient English to meet what was required.

Great location in the inner city, with a simple and comfortable room and bed. Super easy to get to, with friendly staff.

Check-in was a bit confusing. I had to fill in a form three times, then it wasn't clear how to get into the hotel itself. It was lucky that a staff member happened to be at the front door at the moment we were there.

I like a lot this place, and I am often booking it when I need to be in Hannover. I think it was together with Numa before, and now it is working on its own, but nothing really changed, apart of the contactless checkin from before - now you check in with in the reception with someone from staff. I had to leave the night before my check out day, and could not give the card back( I was not sure if I would come back and sleep there the last night), but I am going to bring it back next time or even sending by letter.

Would love to get a better reception next time, with a little more friendly staff(the guy).
