Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, good shower, good breakfast buffet selection. Great lake location.

Not specific to this hotel, but in Germany it's really hard to get a hotel with even just basic coffee making facilities. A Nespresso machine, or simply a kettle with some freeze dried coffee sachets would have been amazing. Also, if breakfast could just start a little earlier than 8am, that would be helpful for some guests I can imagine.

Really lovely place, location and facilities. Even on a rainy day at the end of summer it was very enjoyable. Made good use of the restaurant next door that belongs to the resort.

Due to a non-functioning virtual credit card from booking.com I ended up having to pay twice. I am still waiting for booking.com to acknowledge and rectify this mistake. It didn’t seem to be a mistake from the property’s side, but until it is resolved it’s hard to say exactly where the mistake has happened.

If you do not have a car, it is a long walk from the station. However, the walk was worth it.
