Staff were friendly & rooms clean.The continantal breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is very close to the tram stop streight into Hannover,Local people were very friendly and helped with my very poor lack of the language.

We arrived on a public holiday and the hotel was shut. We had to ring a number to get someone out to let us in. Some communication from the hotle before hand on this would have eased the drama upon arrival.The friendly staff after the hotel was open properly made up for this. This is one to watch as there was no where to get anything to eat close by.

Excellent, well run, ultra-friendly hotel with a laid back approach. Room I stayed in had been refurbished to a very high modern standard, staff at reception and bar/restaurant were amazing and highly professional. I couldn't believe how good value this place was and I won't hesitate to stay there again next year when I'm driving through Europe. The food and drink in the restaurant was excellent. It is also well located for the motorways and is situated in a quiet, residential area. Can't recommend this place enough. Very impressed.

The only thing I would say is when you approach the hotel it doesn't look great, solely because it needs a gardener to come and clean up/cut back the planting. The hallways to reception could also do with modernising, especially around reception BUT none of this should detract from this being the nicest stay I have had in a long time. The whole place was fantastic and I'll be back again soon.

We booked on a red day so the hotel was closed when we came but thankfully we could call and the owner came and helped us. Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was really good.

The restaurant was closed. It was the same price on breakfast for the children as for the grown-ups.

The restaurant on the first floor was a great plus after a long day of work. Quiet neighborhood, clean room, great shower.

The was no parking on site, as the restaurant customers were taking all of it. Bed was not comfy.

Great location for family in a residencial area. Within 5 min walk we came across 3 playgrounds and about 10 within 10min walk. Easy acessfrom hoghway. Good breakfast. Free parking and Wifi.

If there was AC in the room I did not find it. Was a cool night so we slept with the window open but no AC in the room.

This time, the room was very small, and it felt like being in a tiny tin can. There was a wedding booking, so other bigger rooms were probably not available.

Convenient location just off the highway, the hotel is situated in residential neighborhood which makes a stop over really nice. Newly decorated rooms. Exceptional breakfast. Also dinner at the restaurant was great and well priced. Comfortable place to stop during a long distance car ride.

Great hotel with marvelous breakfast, staff is friendly and location is good.

Bed was not really good, The mattress was good but the construction underneath was really bad and wobbly.

Excellent location close to Motorway, very nice room and excellent evening meal & superb breakfast selection.

No air con in room, but did have ceiling fan.
