Very clean facilities and excellent breakfast. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and well equipped with lots of possibilities to unpack our luggage. This was important for us since we travelled with a 9 months old baby. We felt very welcome. Great location close to the forest (Eilenriede) and easy access to the city center. We would definitely come again.

The highchairs for the baby in the restaurant are really old and unpractical (hard to clean etc). I honestly feel they could get some nice highchairs from Ikea those are really not expensive and so much better. Our baby didn't sit well in these highchairs and was literally drowning in the seat. The carpet in our room looked really old and spotty. I think it might be time to replace that one. We had the apartment on the 4th floor.

Exceptional room, comfortable, spacious, beautifully designed. There was a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher etc - which we didn’t use but definitely keep in mind for our next visit. Perfect location, super quiet. Honestly amongst the top five hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Amazing breakfast. A variety of choices that can’t be topped. Fresh even for latest arrivals. The design of the lobby and breakfast area is awesome. There’s a common kitchen at the very top of the building, fully equipped. A laundry room with plenty of machines. I would never stay anywhere else in Hannover as this place is unbeatable.

I arrived later than planned - that was after midnight. There was someone at reception who was very welcoming and explained about access to the room and getting a hot drink and water at that time of night. The bed was very comfortable, the place was very quiet and being able to stay til midday was helpful.

Breakfast was expensive so I didn't have it. It would have been nice if there was a choice- e.g. a croissant and coffee for breakfast at a lower price than 17 euros. I'm not sure whether it says on the website which line to take from the main station and that there's a metro stop 5 minutes from the hotel. That would be helpful to know.

the location itself first but most of all the warm welcome of the reception staff. He was more than friendly , with all of us and most of all with my grandchild. The design and comfort was also very nice. Very quiet area, parking free for cars. Thanks for the wonderful stay

mostly everything was fine in the room. We would however appreciate an electric water kettle in the instead of using the microwave to boil water for tea. But it was ok. However on our Easter Sunday's breakfast , my grandchild would have loved to get an Easter Bunny Chocolate at breakfast. It was unusual that we noticed nothing which remembered us that it was an Easter Sunday like we were used to have in other hotels. but fine may be it's the way of doing there in Pelikan!

Our second visit within six months!! We find the location excellent as we always come by car. Free street parking straight outside the hotel is so convenient. The tram is within a 5-minute walk and takes us straight to Lister Meile or Hannover Central in 4/5 stops. Always friendly, obliging staff to greet us. The breakfast buffet was generous and fresh.

The rooms have extremely high ceilings, which was pleasant in the summer, when we were last here. However, it is difficult for the central heating to warm such a big space. It was rather cold in the room despite the heating being turned up as high as possible.

Stylish old factory building with spacious rooms. The facilities are rather basic but fitting to the type of building and location. The room and the whole building are breathing quietness and a very pleasent atmosphere. Clean and tidy. Good beds. Tasty breakfast. DIY pancake baking in the middle of the breakfast buffet is challenging but a guarantee to have nice social contact with the other guests… worth to give it a try! Very easy-going but at the same time very welcoming and friendly staff. Simply pleasent!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel is nice and provides all the basic essentials you need for a couple of nights. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable

The room includes a kitchen, but there were no kitchen supplies at all — not even a knife, fork, or kettle. I believe these can be rented downstairs for an extra fee, but it would be nice if at least a few basic items were provided. Without them, the kitchen feels a bit pointless.

Very comfortable room with mega-high ceilings and windows, an excellent firm bed, and a great shower. There is a brand new kitchenette in the room itself, but you need to hire the utensils, etc. from reception if you plan on cooking. We paid a deposit on a kettle, which was refunded on departure. Located in a really quiet side street, within a 5 minute walk to Pelikan Tram stop, which is 5 stops to Central Station. A well-stocked supermarket and bakery are also nearby. Christian, from reception, was wonderful. It was a great stay.

Pillows were way too soft and only one each.

We loved the history of the building and the decor. It felt clean and modern whilst respecting the history. The room was amazing. Number 408 with exposed beams on the loft. The room was excellent with separate area with a bed, lovely and spacious. We used the kitchen area. The room was warm and quiet and the shower fasting flowing. Complimentary shower products were a bonus. Reception staff were helpful , accommodating, friendly and knowledgable. Whilst the location is 4 tram stops from the centre it’s a pleasant walk on a dry day. If you stay here worth visiting the Pelikan museum and we visited the VW museum in Wolfsburg. Great value for money. Overall we Highly recommend.

Weirdly the taps in our kitchen area did not turn on. Wasn’t a problem though. The Gym area was closed.

The place is located in a quite area of Pelikanviertel in Hannover. It is easy to reach by tram, less than 10 min from the Central Station. The building is huge and the rooms are big. What I really loved was the height of the walls. There was a huge window in the room and I loved it. A small kitchen is available if you pay a fee. They provide you the utensils for a refundable fee of 20 euros.

I can not think about something bad. My only suggestion is about the bed. Since our bed was not a double bed, but 2 single beds together, it would be good to leave them attached to prevent surprises during the night. After some time falling in between, we found out there is a lock to keep the beds together.
