Perfect location for events at the Congress Centrum. The park in the hotel grounds and the forest are beautiful and great for walks. The breakfast was great and practical if you don't want to waste time looking for something to eat in the morning because it is a bit remote from the city center. Delicious caffe latte and freshly made scrambled eggs, pancakes, fresh juice, generally a very large variety of breakfast food. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice (whoever did the caulking is a master). There was also daily cleaning of the room and air conditioning, and the bed is comfy.

The pillows are too big and the "queen" bed was just two twin beds put together which was not ideal for us.

The room was amazingly, outstandingly, squeaky clean. The location was OK (a bit far from the center but well connected by public transport). The area around the hotel was pleasantly green and quiet. The hotel also has an underground parking for an extra fee.

Unfortunately, the fridge was not working (there was a note saying that they made a decision to turn all the fridges off). For the summer, having a working fridge in the room would be nice. The matrass was comfy but the pillows were huge(!), hard, and not comfortable. To use them, one would have to sleep almost in a sitting position, so at the end, I did not use a pillow at all, which of course was not ideal.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness exceeded my expectations, and everything matched the description provided on Booking.com perfectly. The check-in process was seamless and efficient. The hotel restaurant offered a delightful dining experience. The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating, especially considering my dietary allergies. They went above and beyond to prepare a meal that met my needs. The rooms were modern, well-designed, and exceptionally clean. Despite their compact size, the layout was smart, providing ample space for my belongings. The hotel's location next to a stunning park was an added bonus. It was the perfect spot for a pleasant walk, particularly for early risers like myself. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Pillows were really hard and uncomfortable. Extra pillows would of been a nice addition.

Perfect hotel for anyone attending an event in the Stadtpark or the Kuppelsaal concert hall next door. The room was very basic with a large single rather than a double bed. As I was only using the room for sleeping that was fine. Great views. Breakfast room is excellent also with good views of the park and adjacent football training facility. Breakfast itself was also as-expected. More vegetarian / vegan options might have been good but generally of a high standard. Staff were very helpful.

Shower water was cold-lukewarm rather than actually hot. If I was staying more than one night that might have been a problem, I do not know if that is the general situation in the hotel or a faulty mixer tap in my bathroom.

Right next to the Stadtpark, which was in full bloom during our stay. An easy walk to the Eilenriede, a fabulous urban forest. The hotel is clean, well-staffed, and has a lovely restaurant.

The breakfast was very good. And the person at the desk was nice about reimbursing me for the 21 Euro cost of the second day's breakfast, which I decided I should get at the Hauptbahnhof.

Cold air came pouring out of the air conditioner, making the room very cold. Eventually I told them this, and was brought two portable heaters to use. That was very nice, but it would have been better not to have been cold at first.

I liked the fact that I could check-in after 12am. It was very helpful, as for someone who was there because of a business trip. The location was sadly quite off, but that was my own mistake. The room was very nice though.

I got disappointed by the cost of breakfast for one person. Over 20€ a Person is just something I could not afford. Could have paid 10€ more and have a suite...

I chose this hotel for an event at HCC Hannover Congress Centrum. The reception staff is very helpful. I thank them. The room was comfortable and clean. My advice is to book a room with breakfast. It is close to the center. I recommend it.

Good hotel. The reception staff is polite. We had a double room (safe, water, glasses, shower cap in the bath, nail file, shower gel, body milk and shoe sponge), TV. Delicious breakfast overlooking the park.

Large pillows ( As a request to the hotel manager - I would like hypoallergenic pillows in the room.

The hotel is a little bit out of town, but the half-hour walk to the centre is pleasant and interesting. On-site parking is easy and plentiful. Our room had good views and was very well lit. We ate well at both dinner and breakfast.

No negative features.
