Located a short distance from the main railway station but in a quiet area. An easy walk to the main parts of the city and Christmas markets. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of varied choice. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We found all members of staff to be friendly, helpful and professional. Gym and spa facilities were available but we did not use them.

Our bathroom was a little cramped and the water was not very hot on the first day however, after this, it was fine. Apart from that, it would be difficult to find anything to complain about.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at DoubleTree by Hilton in Hannover, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The level of hospitality extended throughout our entire stay, leaving a lasting impression.Our housekeeper, who took care of Room 328, demonstrated professionalism and politeness in his duties. The room was impeccably maintained, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment for our stay. It was evident that attention to detail was a priority for the staff at DoubleTree by Hilton. The breakfast staff, particularly Katarzyna and Febi, were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure that our dining experience was delightful. Their friendly and accommodating nature added an extra touch to our mornings, and we appreciated their willingness to assist with any requests we had. During lunch and dinner, we were fortunate to have Tristan as our server. His exceptional service and attentiveness truly made our meals special. His knowledge of the menu and recommendations were spot on, and his friendly demeanor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. I would like to extend a big thank you to the entire team, for consistently providing outstanding customer service. Their ability to communicate effectively in English was a significant advantage for international guests like us. The hotel itself exuded elegance and charm, with a beautiful ambiance that enhanced our overall experience. The rooms were spacious, allowing us to relax and unwind in comfort after a long day of exploring Hannover. Breakfast was fabulous, plenty of choices Location was perfect for our needs, quiet yet close to the train station and central shopping areas

Some rooms were in the process of renovation close to our room which was a little unsightly alco a lack of handrail on the steps leading to the room was a problem for my partner

Had a suite with balcony and it was worth it. Amazing room and wonderful Big balcony. The room was very nice with sofa and tv wich could be turned in 2 directions, towards the bed and towards the sofa/lounge area. The hotel has a perfect location for a city break. Close to trainstation and centre. Train station is allmost a city it self. The Hotel is nice, clean and very easy to find driving by car. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff very very freindly. Perfect hotel both short and longer stay.

Modern hotel close to city & attractions. The reception staff were very helpful during our stay & the cookie on arrival was lovely. Room was spacious clean & comfortable parking was easy . Breakfast was good & the Breakfast staff went out off their way to make us welcome

The room was spacious and ready on arrival. Parking was in the same building and secure. You could reach the city centre by foot. The room was clean and tidy. We had an excellent variety in the breakfast buffet. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

Some people let the room doors slam shut. This can be quiet loud.

The room was very lovely for a family of 4. Location was great and very comfortable. Would happily recommend this place to a family to stay.

We did have one slight issues they forgot to mention city tax, however we're very apologetic for the situation and very nicely rectified the situation. So happy with the way the staff approached. Well done

Very nice room. Great breakfirst. Super nice, serviceminded and helpfull staff everywhere in the hotel. Really-really fantiastic roomservice. Loved the "Take your time" sign from the cleaningstaff, when we used the "Do not disturp" sign.

Missing panecakes, softboiled eggs, and bell pepper for the cheese ,at breakfirst. Noisy high volume ventilator in the bathroom. Not so effective shower-bathtup regulator. It was hard to get cold water quickly at the bathroom sink, since it had to run for a relatively long time.

Located about 10 minutes walk from the Main Railway Station which is handy to come from/to the airport. It takes about 10-12 minutes to walk to the Old Town with nice bars and restaurants. Wi-Fi worked fine without stupid registration and passwords. The iron and the board were available in the room - likewise a tea kettle.

Whilst the bed itself was good, pillows were a disaster! Water could have been free for everyone - not just for "golden/platinum" members (5 eur is a bit too much). No shoe shine/ shoe horn.

Clean, quiet and spacy room. The area around the central station is very shady but the hotel is just far enough away that you don't feel uncomfortable walking around outside.

With the sun shining directly through the windows all day long, it got super hot in there. The air condition definitely did its job, but it was a bit annoying that it had to be running all day and night in order to keep the temperature at a comfortable level.
