Located a short distance from the main railway station but in a quiet area. An easy walk to the main parts of the city and Christmas markets. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of varied choice. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We found all members of staff to be friendly, helpful and professional. Gym and spa facilities were available but we did not use them.

Our bathroom was a little cramped and the water was not very hot on the first day however, after this, it was fine. Apart from that, it would be difficult to find anything to complain about.

Sarene location albeit being in the city centre, the surround buildings dampen the sounds of the hustle and bustle of the city. 5 minute walk to the main train station. Clean rooms, an exceptional breakfast, however there are limited options for non pork eaters. My mom specifically enjoyed the song and fitness centre.

The bed was a tricky one. If one person is moving, the other feels it as if it's an air bed.

Everything apart of location. Once we arrived and try to unpack bags from boot of car there were people on bicycles checking and watching cars. Very scary experience they were riding around watching us constantly.Felt anxious to have proper sleep.Hotel itself and staff were perfect.

Was upgraded to a junior suite, which was nice and spacy. Perect location with only a 5 min walk to the Haupbahnhof. Breakfast good, dinner good but expensive, level of service top notch.

A small moldy smell by the door and in the toilet was a bit suspicious.

The room was spacious and ready on arrival. Parking was in the same building and secure. You could reach the city centre by foot. The room was clean and tidy. We had an excellent variety in the breakfast buffet. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

Some people let the room doors slam shut. This can be quiet loud.

Modern hotel close to city & attractions. The reception staff were very helpful during our stay & the cookie on arrival was lovely. Room was spacious clean & comfortable parking was easy . Breakfast was good & the Breakfast staff went out off their way to make us welcome

Had a suite with balcony and it was worth it. Amazing room and wonderful Big balcony. The room was very nice with sofa and tv wich could be turned in 2 directions, towards the bed and towards the sofa/lounge area. The hotel has a perfect location for a city break. Close to trainstation and centre. Train station is allmost a city it self. The Hotel is nice, clean and very easy to find driving by car. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff very very freindly. Perfect hotel both short and longer stay.
