We liked everything. The hotel location is ideal - right opposite main Hannover Central train station. The hotel and the staff are excellent. The rooms are spacious and the showers are amazing!! We will stay here again if in Hannover.

When we checked in we were told breakfast is not included. In the room there was a sign that stated 'our room rate includes buffet breakfast', so we went to breakfast every morning. When we checked out we were again informed that breakfast was not included. When I questioned this we were told that if we book direct with the hotel it is included, but if we book via Booking.com or other agent breakfast is not included. This needs to be made clearer.

Very clean , spacious and central location . Excellent service and very friendly staff. Concise information. Big nice and clean room. No noice.

- No lobby to sit down and have a coffee . - No room cleaning late afternoon - my daughter forgot to take out the “do not disturb “ sign when she left at 13:30. So nobody checked if we need the cleaning or not. So our room was not cleaned the second day of our stay. - Another strange thing : No seperate door or discreet place for the bathroom area - so it was difficult for 3 of us in the same room with my daughter . Not everybody needs to share and adhere to same standards of “transparency “ as the Germans I guess !

Very impressed with the room: spacious, facing an atmospheric courtyard; the decor in the room was eclectic but interesting: combining the traditional and the modern. There was music in the shower (though not necessarily for classical music lovers). The hotel is located a step away from the railway station but in a respectable area.

Although the room was overall clean, one of the bins in the bathroom had not been emptied and was full of tissues (perhaps one bin, rather than two, would be sufficient and more manageable?). However, this was forgivable for a first stay because I was so impressed with other aspects of the room. Other reviewers have complained about the lack of tea facilities; I join in these calls for a kettle in the room - would have been wonderful to have a cup of tea in the evening.

Staff were extremely helpful. That my request for a quiet room resulted in one being ready for me, was unusually good. Many hotels say things like they would provide such if it is still available at the time of check in, but few actually set aside such a room like they did. Also, I left my bag to go sightseeing, and when I returned they had already placed it in the room. The breakfast was excellent. All hotel staff were excellent too. Good location near the main train station and tourist information office.

Great location next to the station - I grabbed a great coffee and pastry from there each morning on my way out. It's also right in the middle of the shopping area, but still very quiet, and felt safe. The room was really clean and comfortable with plenty of space.

I wish there were coffee/tea facilities in the room. This would make it so much more comfortable when you come back in the evening tired.

An excellent hotel well located for exploring Hannover and very close to the main train station. We had a good sized room which was very quiet - considering the closeness to the station. Though there was no kettle in our room, the reception team would always provide an insulated jug of hot water to make drinks in our room - also providing mugs.

What did we like about this property? Everything! The beautiful rooms, the exquisite shower, the welcoming staff, and the fabulously fresh breakfast. This was our final overnight on a 10-day tour, and this was the pinnacle of our stays. Luxurious features, thoughtful design, and exceptional service!

At check we were surprisingly upgraded to a suite which we gratefully accepted after a long train journey. The suite is huge and oozes quality fixtures and fittings throughout. The marble bathroom is amazing with push button controls, music and coloured lights in the shower plus a TV in the mirror with remote for relaxing in the bath. Bed and pillows were super comfy and there is heaps of storage space. First and foremost the staff are exemplary. This suite way exceeds our travel budget but we definitely enjoyed the experience of where the high end of town get to stay, i.e. total luxury. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience.

There was only one chair for the desk/table and a love seat.. for this being a suite I would have expected a chair and love seat and 2 chairs at the table …one thing that was annoying was the fact that there was not even 1 English tv channel …lots of other languages

Hotel located in front of Hannover HBF. Only one minute walk to Galeria Kaufhof (Department store), Rossmann (drugstore) is next door. Behind the hotel is already city centre. There are lots of shops, restaurants and cafes. The room is large, clean and quite.

Bathroom has no privacy. (probably not suitable for friends or family trip)
