Everything was amazing. The bedroom is big, very clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. The bathroom area was my favourite part - the layout is very clever and the shower box itself is amazing, the water flow, the lights/music inside, it was my favourite part. The breakfast is also fantastic! The variety of food is very good and all the staff go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience. The hotel is in the city centre, but you cannot hear a thing when the windows are closed! It's peace and quiet inside the bedroom. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel and I'd 100% go back to it!

We liked everything. The hotel location is ideal - right opposite main Hannover Central train station. The hotel and the staff are excellent. The rooms are spacious and the showers are amazing!! We will stay here again if in Hannover.

When we checked in we were told breakfast is not included. In the room there was a sign that stated 'our room rate includes buffet breakfast', so we went to breakfast every morning. When we checked out we were again informed that breakfast was not included. When I questioned this we were told that if we book direct with the hotel it is included, but if we book via Booking.com or other agent breakfast is not included. This needs to be made clearer.

A truly unique and fascinating hotel – the room was spacious and brand new, with an eye-catching painting on the ceiling. What made the experience even more special was that the rooms didn’t have numbers, but were instead marked with pictures and names of tourist spots from around Hanover. It felt like a local adventure from the moment I stepped in.

The breakfast was somewhat basic and could have been more generous, especially considering the price. It would also have improved the experience if the bedsheets were replaced daily.

Very clean , spacious and central location . Excellent service and very friendly staff. Concise information. Big nice and clean room. No noice.

- No lobby to sit down and have a coffee . - No room cleaning late afternoon - my daughter forgot to take out the “do not disturb “ sign when she left at 13:30. So nobody checked if we need the cleaning or not. So our room was not cleaned the second day of our stay. - Another strange thing : No seperate door or discreet place for the bathroom area - so it was difficult for 3 of us in the same room with my daughter . Not everybody needs to share and adhere to same standards of “transparency “ as the Germans I guess !

Very impressed with the room: spacious, facing an atmospheric courtyard; the decor in the room was eclectic but interesting: combining the traditional and the modern. There was music in the shower (though not necessarily for classical music lovers). The hotel is located a step away from the railway station but in a respectable area.

Although the room was overall clean, one of the bins in the bathroom had not been emptied and was full of tissues (perhaps one bin, rather than two, would be sufficient and more manageable?). However, this was forgivable for a first stay because I was so impressed with other aspects of the room. Other reviewers have complained about the lack of tea facilities; I join in these calls for a kettle in the room - would have been wonderful to have a cup of tea in the evening.

Staff were extremely helpful. That my request for a quiet room resulted in one being ready for me, was unusually good. Many hotels say things like they would provide such if it is still available at the time of check in, but few actually set aside such a room like they did. Also, I left my bag to go sightseeing, and when I returned they had already placed it in the room. The breakfast was excellent. All hotel staff were excellent too. Good location near the main train station and tourist information office.

The hotel is located just outside the central train station- it is convenient, if you plan to travel around surrounding cities. Tourist information is just across the street and it is a short walk to the U-bahn as well. The Staatsoper is also several minutes away. The staff were really helpful, the breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and had everything you need for a nice stay.

Great location next to the station - I grabbed a great coffee and pastry from there each morning on my way out. It's also right in the middle of the shopping area, but still very quiet, and felt safe. The room was really clean and comfortable with plenty of space.

I wish there were coffee/tea facilities in the room. This would make it so much more comfortable when you come back in the evening tired.

An atmospheric hotel located very close to the railway station and to the old town. Unique room settings, music in the shower, very fluffy and comfortable pillows (three per person!) and duvet. Excellent breakfast. It was not just a hotel stay, but a great experience. I was extremely grateful for the upgrade!

Still no tea facilities in the room but I will keep looking for those...

This is a good hotel, great value for money. I was in Hannover on holiday for 24 hours and this was perfect - close to the train station and the tourist information centre is right next door where I could start the Red Thread Tour (highly recommended). Hotel room was large and comfortable, I wish I'd been staying here a week not just a night.
