Room was good. Location is the best. Breakfast was the best as I had a child with me. Staff and managers were very helpful. It's their approach and skills and customer service that I really appreciated. See u again in 2026

The housekeeping staff needs to clean the rooms properly and take the rubbish out as well.

It is a budget hotel conveniently located next to Hannover's bus/coach station and a very short walk from the main railway station. The rooms have opening windows, airconditioning, TV, beds, an ensuite toilet and a shower enclosure. it doesn't have all the facilities of a posh hotel, but what was provided was clean and in good order. It was perfectly good for an overnight stay.

I had no complaints about anything the hotel had any control over. There was a lot of external noise on the night I stayed, I think probably football related? I stayed during the Euros and around the time one of the matches finished, cars started driving round & round beeping their horns. Loudly for a good hour or so until some time after 11pm. Closing the window did dull the noise and I don't think it would have been different in any other hotel in the city.

Fantastic hotel, located 15 minutes walk from Hanover center. Close to many bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The room is big and clean, the bed is very comfortable, Wifi connection is very good, and the room has a very nice and clean bathroom. The staff were very communicative and nice, super friendly, and were always attentive and asked if I needed any help with anything. I will come back to the hotel for sure when I am back to Hanover.

The location is a perfect spot for exploring the city. You're just 2 minutes away from the train station, and it's great for dining and transportation.

The comfort of the beds could have been a bit better, but it was ideal for a 2-night stay. I believe the cleanliness of the bathrooms could be improved.

Got everything I need: the best location (within 2 minutes from the station), very clean room, concise but with everything one needs for a restful night of sleep. For the price paid (1/2 to 2/3 of most other stays in the same journey), it has excellent value.

There was a clean and fresh bed, room cleaning, friendly staff, lots of towels, shower gel, TV. In the mornings you could order breakfast. The hotel is located near the train station. quiet and clean location

We stayed just one night and needed to be close to the train station. Therefor the hotel was good value for money. Cheaper then most hotels in Hannover, 2 min walking from train station and still easy walking distance to downtown, friendly stuff. . Nothing special at all. Clean room, good windows to keep the street noises away from disturbing your sleep. For a short stay ok. We didnt had the breakfast so no rating on that.

Easy, clean, quiet, convenient location, lovely and helpful staff. Powerful shower and comfy enough. €10 for breakfast was a good price, which included juice, coffee and tea. Child friendly - the staff were super great with our son and there was a highchair available.

Nothing to dislike. It's a budget hotel, and budget it is - but it has everything you need for a short stay.

Quiet room

I presented myself for check-in at 14:50 pm and was asked to wait and sit down until 15:00 for the check-in to open. Whilst waiting, a group of 10 people came in making me the 11th in the queue. At 15:20, I received a room key, but the room I was given was very cold. Even with the heating on at full speed for 15mins, it was not warming up at all. I went down to the reception, queued for another 20mins. Fortunately, I was given a key for a more comfortable at 16hr00, one hour later than check-in time.
