Overall, this was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge relief after a long and difficult day. There were a few small issues — only small towels were provided, and all soap and shower gel dispensers were empty. We could have asked the staff for replacements, but we were completely exhausted after being forced to move from one hotel to another. In both previous places, although our bookings clearly stated accommodation for three people, we arrived to find that there was simply no bed or linen for the third person. By the time we got here, we just wanted to rest. The young man at the reception was incredibly kind and helpful — he even offered us a parking spot, explained where we could find snacks nearby, and was genuinely shocked and sympathetic when we told him what had happened. We really appreciated his attitude and support. With just a little more attention to basic supplies, this stay would have been perfect. But overall, it was a much-needed moment of peace after a stressful journey.

Room was good. Location is the best. Breakfast was the best as I had a child with me. Staff and managers were very helpful. It's their approach and skills and customer service that I really appreciated. See u again in 2026

The housekeeping staff needs to clean the rooms properly and take the rubbish out as well.

It is a budget hotel conveniently located next to Hannover's bus/coach station and a very short walk from the main railway station. The rooms have opening windows, airconditioning, TV, beds, an ensuite toilet and a shower enclosure. it doesn't have all the facilities of a posh hotel, but what was provided was clean and in good order. It was perfectly good for an overnight stay.

I had no complaints about anything the hotel had any control over. There was a lot of external noise on the night I stayed, I think probably football related? I stayed during the Euros and around the time one of the matches finished, cars started driving round & round beeping their horns. Loudly for a good hour or so until some time after 11pm. Closing the window did dull the noise and I don't think it would have been different in any other hotel in the city.

The location was / is excellent - very close to the mainline railway station (even though we travelled by car - and this was just an overnight stop for us). The modern station complex provides so many choices of places to eat and drink. We headed straight out the other side of the station - and it was just a few minutes' walk to all the other amenities in the centre of Hannover.

Fantastic hotel, located 15 minutes walk from Hanover center. Close to many bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The room is big and clean, the bed is very comfortable, Wifi connection is very good, and the room has a very nice and clean bathroom. The staff were very communicative and nice, super friendly, and were always attentive and asked if I needed any help with anything. I will come back to the hotel for sure when I am back to Hanover.

The staffs were friendly, smooth check in and check out. Good location, close to the train and bus station. Liked the view facing the train station, interesting to see new VW cars being transported on the train.

Could have been more cleaning under the bed and the lights could have been more brighter.

The location is a perfect spot for exploring the city. You're just 2 minutes away from the train station, and it's great for dining and transportation.

The comfort of the beds could have been a bit better, but it was ideal for a 2-night stay. I believe the cleanliness of the bathrooms could be improved.

Got everything I need: the best location (within 2 minutes from the station), very clean room, concise but with everything one needs for a restful night of sleep. For the price paid (1/2 to 2/3 of most other stays in the same journey), it has excellent value.
