The hotel has a wonderful old world elegance about it. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and clean with good quality linens and towels. There is a charming little bar offering a range of cocktails and food . We went there everyday just to sit and have coffee or dessert or a glass of something. The location of the hotel is brilliant within a couple of minutes walk from the central train station close to the main shopping area. I was there for a work conference and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Didn't have breakfasts.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we experienced exceptional service. We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, Marcelo, whose approachable, friendly, and professional demeanor immediately set a positive tone for our stay. Despite arriving slightly earlier than expected after a tiring journey due to a train cancellation, Marcelo went above and beyond to ensure a room was promptly available for us. He patiently addressed all our questions and provided a thorough explanation of the hotel's facilities, making us feel well cared for and at ease. Marcelo’s outstanding hospitality truly made a difference in our experience, and we are deeply grateful for his efforts. We are looking forward to returning to this hotel in the future and will be recommending it to our friends and family. Great location, didn’t have breakfast as it was quite a bit extra for 2 people, we were able to walk and find exactly what we wanted, our room was very big and cleaned every day

Having to pay extra taxes and car parking was alot on top of room prices, the room extras could of been better quality for 5 star, very limited bathroom extras, no coffee machine, given wooden sticks to make hot drinks, powdered milk, little things that I didn’t expect from 5 star

A big and comfortable bed in a quiet - and at night dark - room. A not too small shower with non-slippery floor was also very good. Well equipped with towels and other bathroom stuff. A lot of places where you could hang wet towels. The breakfast didn't lack anything (except apple juice) but then it cost almost 40 Euros. Location. Very good tourist maps - and news papers - available for free in the lobby. A good designated spot to put your luggage in the room. In all a very good room.

Water pressure in hotel showers is a lot of times an issue, here a minor one though. But still it could've been better. And why shampoo, and similar, in containers that are not refillable?

Beautiful decor ,great history, fresh flowers in lobby ,staff amazing , cozy bar .Staff acted on my requests fairly speedily .

Tired handrails , had to ask for a kettle and tea tray ,which they said a Deluxe double never has ,only Executive have that which I found very strange .Surely a kettle and teas and coffee are a staple these days? There eas no free coffee/ tea in lobby or anywhere ! .They DID provide us with a kettle and tea/ coffee tray for no extra cost to keep us happy ..

The hotel has an excellent location. The rooms were quite spacious (superior) with nice-sized bathrooms. For that class of hotel, it feels like a good value for money.

We were told that the restaurant was fully booked on Saturday the 10th. To our surprise, the restaurant was very empty that evening. I do not understand how it could have been fully booked. The hotel bar is tiny.

High quality rooms in a great location for exploring the city. Excellent breakfast. Convenient parking was available. This really feels like a 5 start hotel!

There was a mix up with our room. The bed had been forgotten for our son. We were unhelpfully moved twice. However, once this was resolved by another member of staff everything was great.

I liked the service, except was anxious to get my taxi when leaving, several came but not mine? took someone else's in the end The meal and drinks with friends at the bar was great, Leon in particular was exceptional , had a good sense of humor and very professional.

1. There was an Oder in the room and I heard every flush from upstairs for 4 days until the last day I realized the biodot next to the toilet had a plug and it was open for days. I didn't use the biodot at all, but closed the plug when I realized, the odor and noises were emanating from there. 2. The bathtub/shower I found was very dangerous waiting for an accident. The tub wall was angled at both ends, and the shower head was positioned over the inclined end where you had to stand, the surface was also slippery when wet and coated with detergent, there were no handles on the tiled wall to grab onto to get in or out of the bath for a shower and no anti skid mats on the smooth bath tub floor, a recipe for an injury, danger.

A hidden gem in the center of Hannover! We frequently travel to Hannover for business and have been doing so for many years, always choosing to stay at Kasten Hotel Luisenhof. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bar has a warm ambiance, and the delightful restaurant, “Mary’s,” offers our favourite champagne at half the price compared to London.

Excellent position, close to the main train station and also just steps away from the main central shaping area.

Our room was in the ‘new’ part of the hotel, which I didn’t even know existed. However, the room was very nice and the bed super comfortable.
