We arrived at the hotel by car. While there was no dedicated hotel parking, we were able to use a nearby garage that was directly accessible from the hotel basement, very convenient and easy to use. Check-in was smooth, and we received a lovely, comfortable room. A travel cot had already been prepared for our baby, just as we requested. Breakfast was copious and offered a wide variety of choices. Overall, it was a great experience. The hotel is in a very central location and easily accessible whether you’re arriving by car, metro, or train. We’d gladly stay again!

Nothing to point out.

The location was perfect to stay out of too much "craziness" by car on the roads. The parking building is attached to the hotel, however quite expensive. The room was super clean and quiet, could get a very good sleep. Also very close in walking distance to the "Hauptbahnhof", that is not only a train station, but a huge shppping facility, that leads right to the old town part of the city, where we could see cute and historical buildings. The reception was very helpful, polite and spoke english very well.

The bathroom in the room. It has glass walls. However there is a "can not see through" sticker on it, but still, makes it kinda uncomfortable when travelling and sharing room with family members, like parents or siblings as an adult. Otherwise the bathroom was perfectly equipped and super clean.

The location of the hotel and breakfast was great. The staff in the breakfast room were very friendly and sincere. The cleaning staff were friendly. And they did their job very well.

1 female and 1 male employee at the reception did not help us. Although we made a reservation through Booking, they said that the payment had not been made. We had communication problems because we did not speak German and it was obvious from their facial expressions that they were bored. We asked for an iron and they brought it to our room on the 3rd day.

Excellent facilities, quiet and spacious, beautiful view from my high room, thoughtful decor made it a pleasure to stay

The location is the wrong side of the station for most purposes and the route to the hotel is not entirely clear on first arrival (I went through an unpleasant underpass which felt unsafe as a lone woman). There are better ways which I found later. Be warned the shower has a translucent wall to the bedroom so maybe don't choose this for sharing with someone you are not very close with!

Convenient location very walkable from train station. The room has kettle and tea. Room looks newish. Nice view of the city from room.

I find it a bit awkward to have those glass panel from shower room facing the beds. The curtain is too small to cover it up fully. I also had to do my online check-in through machine. Hence no personal touch of staff.

Only one small criticism - the shower drain in our room clearly was not being cleaned by housekeeping staff regularly as the shower overflowed within a few mins and I had to remove large quantities of hair and sludge from the drain that had obviously built up over time to unblock it. Otherwise everything looked clean.

The restaurant's ambiance was also lovely, creating a perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. The hotel's location was also ideal. It was centrally located, making it convenient for exploring the city's attractions and landmarks. Additionally, the hotel provided easy access to public transportation, which made getting around even more convenient. Overall, my stay at this hotel was exceptional. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and delicious dining options made it a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, as it offers a perfect blend of luxury and convenience.

Clean and comfortable. The beds are big and comfortable, had a great sleep. The room was also very clean, bathroom was clean as well. Over all great.

Key didn't work very well, even after asking reception for a fix. Thankfully it was only at the end of my visit so it wasn't that bad but still, couldn't enter the room to pick up my things.

The location is perfect—right across from the train station and just a short walk to the city center. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even letting us store our bags after checkout. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with great air-conditioning. Everything about the stay was smooth and easy

Excellent location and staff very close to main station, quiet area and staff was very friendly helpful and professional, practical, clean and comfortable. And the view from the room being high up is a great upside. Happy to come back

No restaurant at hotel, clean surrounding but no welcoming outdoor seating area that felt welcoming which gave more minus when there was smokers right outside, the glass between shower and main room room nice but impractical when sharing room with someone you are not intimate with so more suitable for couples than business share for this room
