Stayed after a business trip. It was a smooth checkin and checkout. During the stay, I was amazed with how clean and well maintained the hotel was given the price. It also had complete amenities (towels, coffee, tea, water heater, etc.) , includes air conditioning and good ventilation too. After checkout, I had to stay for work meetings and the staff let me use the lobby. Since my train was later that day, the staff was very friendly to keep my bag secure while I go for a stroll in the city. Location was also great, few minutes walk to main train station and there's groceries nearby too.

The bed was quite springy, not the best quality but still comfortable :)

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The reception staff are very friendly and personable and the cleaning staff do a great job. I especially liked that a kettle and hairdryer are provided in the rooms. Within walking distance to the train and bus stations which was ideal for day trips as well as getting to/from the destination. Close to local shops, Aldi and the centre.

There are brothels nearby but you can avoid them and, for me, this did not deter me from booking this Pension a second time.

The pension is located walking distance from the train station which makes it convenient to get to. There are supermarkets at the station. The receptionist (a tunisian student) was very helpful. The room was compact but it was very clean. Very good value for money.

Newly renovated hotel, small but well equipped room, comfortable and functional. Basic but super clean bathroom with a window and a very large shower. The hotel is within easy walking distance from the central station (the route at night can make for unsafe, given the presence of homeless and junkies) but the vicinity of the hotel is quiet and you can walk to the List district for something to eat. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The heating (air conditioning) did not work very well. The hotel is full of stairs and steps, not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Everything was newly remodeled and very nicely done. Staff was great and most helpful.

Not a dislike for my wife or me but people should know before booking that the room sizes and furnishings, while new, are more like a hostel. There is no elevator and about 1/2 mile from train station.

Location is perfect. The room is small but it has everything I needed. Super clean, air conditioning, all equipment were super new (seemed just renovated) the cleaning service fabulous, the staff super friendly. Check-in and check-out uncomplicated. Nice detail: coffe/tea/sugar/cream and water kettle in the room. Quiet.

An extra table/shelf in the free angle of the room (next to the door) would be great to have more surfaces to place our things. But no complains, everything was great!

Room and bathroom were both small but comfortable. Bed mattress was a bit soft (as others have posted) but wasn't a problem for me. Close to the main station, Christmas Markets and two large supermarkets, and a small red light district. Was safe in spite of the latter. Chap on reception with small ponytail was really helpful with bar suggestions. Made the experience better. Tea and coffee in the room was good too.

was a little smell of paint in the bathroom, but is only a minor issue. Wifi wasn't as good as it could have been.

Nicely located, good place for a short stay. It is close to the Main Rail station and in a walking distance from all required amenities. The room size is OK, bathroom is a little small, but functional. It was very quiet and private for me, just as expected.

The room could use some freshening up.

It's a small hotel, but close to the main train station and not too difficult to find. The reception is built into the bar / restaurant that operates in the ground floor. The room I had was in the loft, which gave it a nice feeling and the bathroom, although small, looked new and nicer than I would have expected.

It seems to be next to a mini-red light district, which I didn't know when I booked it. Although central, the street is a side one, off the main roads, so overall I would not recommend being out and about late at night.

The hotel was very well located, close to the main train station and to the city center. The room was bigger than expected from the pictures. The bed was comfortable and a.c. was good. There was a kettle with tea and instant coffee in the room. The decoration was simple, but enough. It was central but quiet area. There is a Aldi and a Kaufkand less than 5 min from the hotel which is very convenient as well.

The hotel is located in the red light district area. You can see the girls posing on the window in the building next to the hotel. It didn't bother us, but something to be aware of in case it bothers you.
