Nice location! close to the city center but not too close so the place was quiet and clean. Checking in didn't take time because the hotel is fully cashless, so paying by card or online is always convenient. My room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy as well! Minibar drinks are free!! That was very nice.

The bathroom lacked some basic amenities like a toothbrush and shampoo but it is not that big of a deal.

Privacy, staff was great, breakfast was very good, welcome beverages, location. I would book this hotel again.

Room was a bit too warm in the evening, walk-in shower rather than current arrangement, no phones in room, only one tv station in English

Free drinks in the minibar and little toothpaste tubes were provided. These were greatly appreciated on the night I stayed. Room was a good size and clean. Heated towel rails too. Good hotel service overall, especially as it was a last-minute booking after massive train cancellations and delays in Hannover. I picked this hotel because it was the only one nearby with 24hr reception but it ended up being a good hotel. Was not able to try any of the other hotel facilities.

I arrived on the night where all trains were delayed into Hannover Hbf because of line damage earlier in the day, so by the time I arrived there were already 50+ people trying to check in (all from these delayed trains). This is of course well outside of the hotel's control, but check-in took just under 2 hours in the lobby as there was initially only 1 person manning the desk. After the first hour they eventually had 2-3 people doing check-ins. I don't fault the staff or the hotel, but since this was a known city-wide issue since the early afternoon I think every guest would have appreciated the reception to have more staff sooner, especially as the queue wrapped around the walls of the lobby and continued out the door.

The hotel was ideally placed for the Hannover Marathon (the purpose of our visit), but we didn’t research whether we could easily find somewhere to eat and drink without using public transport (which was our own fault!) Otherwise the stay was perfectly suited to our trip and we found all staff to be exceptionally helpful and professional.

The location was great, very close to public transportation and supermarkets. The rooms was nice and had a nice size. Great that you there was free coffee and water at the reception.

Staff at the reception was not very nice. There was problems getting out of the parking garage, when we left, and there was no one at the reception so I had to contact the kitchen staff - who quite clearly knew exactly what my problem was - that the personel at the reception did not validate my parking ticket, although I paid for parking at the reception when leaving.

Good value for the money. Good location.

The lights are tricky to figure out. Everyone in our group had trouble figuring out how to turn out the lights (use the switch by the bed) as some switches caused other lights to turn on resulting in a bedtime disco show.

Very nice hotel with a very serviceminded staff. Free EV charger in the garage was a big plus. The breakfast was outstanding. So much nice things to eat and drink.

Location was okay but a bit far from the city centre. A bit bad beds and the aircondition could have been more effective.

Comfortable stay at a convenient location. Good connection by public transport to the city centre and several options to try nearby. Helpful staff. Good amenities.

The hotel booking at the reception was not available due to technical issues and their system was down. Only online booking was possible. Slightly overpriced and mostly booked out. Please plan ahead before booking.

The breakfast was outstanding. The room was very comfortable, with lots of natural light. The location was very convenient for a medium length walk to the Stadtzentrum and museums. Having two basins in the bathroom was a bonus.

We were very pleased with everything about our stay.

Walking distance to restaurants, stores and site seeing. Parking was decent, behind the hotel. Quick Check out if you didn't need to talk to staff as they have a convenient box for room card drop off for check out. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options for all diets.

No issues with my room or experience.
