Very friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist, Julien, was very nice, professional and helpful with everything. Food was great and a big plus that the restaurant is open all day with the possibility of having dinner in the hotel.

There could be more attention paid to the details when it comes to cleaning the rooms. When changing the towels pay attention how many guests are in the room, 2 or 3. Three sets of towels at the beginning and the next day they were changed but with 2 instead of 3. No guest wants to see dusty lamps, sockets and nightstands, empty shower gel or soap bottle, toilet seat with yellow spots on it. Overall it's a clean room, just attention to details and it would be amazing.

The room has been recently refurbished and it looked great and was spacious. Very good breakfast, and a smooth and good overall experience. The highlight is the sauna, which I found very nice.

The fitness room is disappointing. It is a small place with four pieces of equipment: two room-bikes, a cross trainer, and a treadmill. That's it—there is not even a dumbbell. The air is not good, the floor is of stone tiles, and it is not even a room, more like the corridor between the changing room and the sauna. It is a pity, because the rest is solid and the sauna is great. With a proper fitness room, this would be the perfect hotel for me.

A large quiet comfortable room with enough space for suitcases and other belongs and internet connection. King size comfortable and clean bed with medium soft mattress and antiallergic bedding. Bathroom well prepared with all you need and enough space for your belongs. Room is well equipped with wardrobes and hangers, safe, fridge. A water( free of charge) coffee and alcohol and non alcohol drinks with snacks as well. Great breakfast solutions in buffe style open from early morning almost to the lunch time. Irish pub as a bonus. Carpark has some disabled spaces, some free of charge spaces on the side of the hotel and garage spaces payable. Also some free spaces on the road in front of the hotel. Staff friendly.

The shower should be covered as splashes water out but for us this wasn’t an issue. Sorry for cleaning stuff members. TV is missing English Chanel’s. BBC and CNN at least would be appreciated. We had a Chanel 041 set for CNN but not working. USB plugs in our room out of order unfortunately. Breakfast plates and coffee cups smaller size only. We would appreciate a plates of regular size as well as made us use extra plates. Not very economical for the hotel.

The price is ok so the value for money is very good. The rooms are spacious and clean. A very positive thing is that the hotel has its own free parking on the side. It is not that far away from the main road, but it is a bit hidden without navigation, it is not possible to find it because there are many trees around the hotel.

In general everything is ok standard. My only complaint is the toilet paper, they left us with half a roll of paper. The employees understood very little English, we talked to 3-4 people while we managed to order food from their kitchen and room.

This hotel is great value for money, offering very comfortable and spacious rooms, all inclusive breakfast, and free parking. As regular travellers and devotees of an international hotel chain, we booked the H+ because our usual chain had no offering in Hannover. However, we were not disappointed at all, and will add the H+ to our list of regular locations. The combination of space, facilities, breakfast and parking, make this a great value deal.

Whilst certainly not a deal-breaker for us, be aware that the hotel is located a little outside the city centre. And there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Location is good, not far from the Autobahn and walking distance to a U-bahn line into the city. Plenty of parking on the site, too. The staff was very friendly. We were also traveling with our small dog and they were welcoming and prepared with a bed, bowl, and some treats. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good.

Not the hotel's fault but there was road construction near the hotel that created a little confusion for our GPS during our arrival.

Great location. Calm area, at the same time close to public transport, supermarket and restaurants The room and bathroom was spacios and comfortable. The wide and excellent choice of breakfast. There is SPA in the hotel but we didn 't use it. Friendly and welcoming staff. Free parking, however, in case you arrive late it could happen that no place anymore. Overall, good choice.

Welcom set for our dogs was so so cute! They gave our dogs their own beds, bowls, snaks and small can with food. Dogs and us were really happy. We came in the evening to take a rest in the middle of our way. Stuff was perfect, kind and smiling (appreciate, because it was almost 22:00!), check in and out was fast. Breakfast was full of choice, juice, tee and coffee, a lot of different kinds of food. Room and bathroom was comfy and clean, smells nice. Highly recommended! 🥰

Everything was to our satisfaction. The room was very clean. What I liked especially was the the table against the wall of about 2 meters. Very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice with everything. Parking was easy, safe and enough space. Price of breakfast and parking included. The beds were good. Subway to centre of Hannover is around the corner. To reach the hotel coming from Holland we were taken of the highway about 30 km before reaching the hotel. That part of the journey gave no troubles and was also in accordance with the advice of the Dutch road association, ANWB.

Restaurant (for dinner) a bit overpriced for the quality (not very good food). We arrived to the breakfast 9.20 and there were lots of things, like scrambled eggs, that was empty and they didn’t fill up again (breakfast ends at 10). And it was a bit messy/dirty at the buffet, like maybe they didn’t care for the last hour. Coffee machine was also ‘out of espresso’ meaning no cappuccino, espresso, latte etc. Just regular black coffee. Everything else was good though and we got a deal for the stay so it was still good value for money.
