The coffee machine dint work and we lost pur 3 euros

Very clean room, shower and toilets. The kitchen is well equipped and clean as well. Comfortable beds and the room was spacey enough for a family.

The room was very warm when we arrived l, but since there was a fan in the room it wasn’t a problem in the end :) A suggestion is to make the area around the entrance smoke free though. If you open the window cigarette smoke comes into the room, and it also smells of smoke in the kitchen.

Good standard for a low price. I've got a private room in a price of a bed in a dorm. Everything was clean.

Heaters were turned off in all over the whole hostel, so it was very cold. It got warmer after I found out how to turn it on.

Very clean, easy check in/check out system , near to trams and buses . overall great stay

Nothing bad, apart from maybe the lack of privacy in the showers as theres only one curtain hiding you. I didn't find this a problem, but some others might

it’s a little far away but there is a Ubahn station really close like 5 minutes by walk, and you can get from there to Hauptbahnhof in a single ride , it is also quite and nice area, but sometimes at night some Guest get loud and I didn’t know how to call or complain at the moment. it would be nice to have a complain number for that.

Well built dormitory style with individual rooms.. Simple but good. Very clean.

I booked Sun afternoon but no code numbers were sent to me until 11pm and they did not work either. So i had to sleep in my car. However, next morning when phone calls were answered, the man on the phone was very apologetic and offered me another 24 hours in the room or a full refund.

It was very clean and quiet. The location was excellent for the purposes we visited the city. The price was more than acceptable. The instructions were very clear and specific, so the check-in was as easy as it can be.

The should someone in the hostel when came to the property I didn't see anyone because sometim people need help anyway thanks everything is good 😊

It was clean and well maintained, all the facilities except for the WC. The room was really comfortable.

Just that the WC wasn't clean and the coffee vending machine wasn't working.

great hostel! lived in room 102, everything is clean and tidy. great showers, toilet and kitchen.

had to tinker with registration and don't forget about the 50 euro deposit
