Very close to the Messe

No water in the room, no minibar. The hotel has potential, but it looks like a hotel in a forgotten town where the management is struggling to save costs by cutting service and monetize everything.

excellent location just in front of the fair Pferd and Jagd that we were visiting. super variety at breakfast. quiet and clean room with comfortable bed.

it would have been nice in the evening to have the oportunity to eat a little dinner snack in the hotel or have a drink at a bar. BUt there is no restauratn in the hotel so we had to go to the nearby Mc Donalds. You can buy some chocolate and snacks and drinks at the reception but there is no hotel bar.

The hotel is conveniently located for the Fair / Messe and within walking distance of the Arena. It is not the most modern hotel but good enough. there was a bottle of water in the room.

the location is perhaps not great for anything other than the Messe. the bar was closed and I did not see a vending machine to get a soft drink in the evening.

The room was decent and clean, the bed was comfortable. The loaction in walking range of the trade fair, which was perfect.

The room was poorley equiped and had no cutlery or plates. The ouside of the building and the parking spot looks old and run-down. The view from the room is also boring.

The room was great. It felt like I was the first to use it. Bed huge and very comfortable. Accessible bathroom very good and shower seat provided. The cleanliness was superb. Again, it seemed nobody had used that bathroom before. Breakfast was excellent.

The indoor smoking area makes the entire lobby and lifts smell very strongly of smoke. After the excellent breakfast, it's a shame no other meals are catered for.

Friendly and helpful staff. The work table is good enough for a laptop. Possibility to change room temperature individually.

Neither coffee in the room nor in the bar, not even an automat. Rooms facing to the street are loud at night, if you wish to sleep with open window. The hotel is a bit far from metro/tram.

Great location. Great price. 5 minutes walk to Hannover Laatzen Station. Great breakfast. Nice big bathtub. Has air conditioning which is important in summer. Would definitely come back to stay for M'era Luna next year.

Ac broke the second night. Wasn't a huge problem though because the nights were pretty cool and I had a travel fan. Honestly forgot to tell the front desk.

Return guest. Great rates, great breakfast and convenient location. Bed are very comfortable

The beds didn't have pillows but the front desk staff got me pillows right away

Staff were great, night staff man on the desk was really helpful and went out of his way to help with all our requests

The fact you rinsed all your customers because AC/DC we playing and out your prices up by around 6 times the normal price.

Neat, clean and quiet room/bathroom. Very comfortable double bed. We are non smokers and we didnt experience any unpleasant smells mentioned in customers reviews. Parking area really vast. Breakfast is very rich and offers a variety of warm and cold food.

Air con doesnt work.
