Parking was easy and felt safe. There are about 20 outdoor spots within the hotel area (no reservation needed), which seemed secure. They also offer paid indoor parking, though I didn’t use it. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms looked new and well maintained. Breakfast was fine for me. The staff were always helpful and friendly, which I really appreciated.

The rooms have carpeted floors, which isn’t ideal for me since I have a dust allergy. In my mom’s room, there was no hand soap, and the A/C was very loud the first night (though the staff quickly fixed it). If we hadn’t run into these small issues on the first night, the experience would have been even better.

What a fantastic stay! Free parking, such a rare find, was a wonderful surprise. The swimming pool, with no deep end, was beautiful to swim in, and the jacuzzi afterwards was pure bliss. Even on a Saturday morning, it was nearly empty, which made it even more relaxing. (Tip: bring a €2 coin for the locker deposit. We didn’t have one, but leaving ours unlocked was fine, and everything was safe.) Our room was amazing: huge, with a great view, spotlessly clean carpets, and a spacious bathroom. I could go on and on, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Special mention to the friendly staff: when our 6-year-old accidentally spilled some hot chocolate on the carpet, a young waiter immediately came over with towels and cleaned it up with a smile. It’s rare to encounter that kind of genuine, cheerful service I wish I had remembered his name. Highly recommend! Tip: Make sure to have a croissant at breakfast, they are amazing!

Breakfast was tasty with a decent variety, though I was surprised by the lack of fresh vegetables, especially the green leafy veges, something I really missed. There was also no vending machine or free water

We had a great time at the H4 Hotel in Hannover. We were here before in 2024. The hotel is great and the rooms are cozy and quite large. The bathroom is great too and has a good size for two people. The bed was very comfortable and the area js very quiet. It is a bit outside the city, and the neighborhood is not the nicest. However, there are plenty of parking options available for free right next to the hotel or nearby. This is a huge plus.

Last time we were here, the breakfast had greater options, and the food in general looked a little more fresh. We were a little disappointed because of the limited breakfast options. However, the pancakes were great, and it was overall satisfying.

We had a special room for 3 (or 4). Modern, clean and comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast with many different options., and constantly refreshed. Easy to get there, Easy access to Hildesheim. Close to light rail, and supermarket. Nice Irish pub on premise.

No real things I disliked. We parked our car at the few free parking places at the back, there is also a parking garage that was full. But it would be nice to be able to reserve a parking place in advance.

High-quality interior design. The room was spotless. Comfortable bed. Modern shower in the comparatively spacious bathroom. Kind staff. Fast and free of charge WIFI. Well above average breakfast. Parking spaces in close proximity. Good transport links to both the city and the surrounding area to the south. Automatic ambient lighting in the room.

The ambient lighting sometimes switches on automatically at night. However, as the room is only dimly lit as a result, it didn't bother me too much. Small TV without even a paid option for streaming or international channels. Parking spaces are very narrow.

The hotel lobby and the restaurant was very spacious, so was the Room though two double-beds were placed. Enough space also for our 16 & 8 Year old children and also for our fully grown 3-year old Labrador. Very clean room and facilities. The breakfast was awesome with lot many options. there is also a IRISH bar and Swimming pool.

There was no clear instruction on the WLAN connection and there was no menu for the mini-bar; something very basic that should have been in the room. Also, there was no 'surprise' gift as was mentioned for our Dog, which was part of the service. However, all these were fulfilled promptly by the very friendly staff.

The hotel was close to the convention center and concert hall, that's why we booked a room here. The room was cozy and large (we had the suite). The bathroom was great, with a nice shower. Breakfast was extraordinary and very delicious. There were so many options that we did not know where to choose from. There are plenty of parking options around the hotel and the hotel does have their own parking lot. However, we chose to pick a free parking spot around the hotel.

We and many others arrived around noon and the lady at the desk would not let us check in because there were no rooms available at that time. It was a bit disappointing for such a large hotel. Our suite hat strains on the sofa and looked a little bit worn out, which is actually unacceptable giving the money we paid for that room.

The receptionist was a young man who spoke English very well and helped to find an open supermarket near the hotel. He walked me out to show me the direction, so he was very gentle and kind. The breakfast was so good and one German woman made me a delicious omelette! Also spoke 👌 good English to help me and make it easy for me as a tourist. My favourite hotel and smell so good. I can't wait to visit you again. The sauna and the swimming pool and also the big parking are the 👌 best.

The big swimming pool and the Jacuzzi were excellent for relaxation. With the business room, one gets access to the Executive lounge which is a nice place to relax with a variety of free snacks and drink refreshments during the whole day. The rooms were very clean and modern, equipped with all the comfort amenities. The beds were very comfortable and the sound insulation from outside was perfect as well. The breakfast (included in the booking price) was maybe the best breakfast I have had till date. The variety of items included Crepes, Egg omlets and pancakes, chicken meatballs, tasty sausages along with the normal breads, Croissants, salads, juices, spreads, seeds, jams, fruits and Joghurts. Both the variety and quality of items was amazing.
