The hotel's location is excellent for those visiting the exhibition center, with just a 5-minute walk to the East entrance of the exhibition (Messe Ost). The breakfast was very good, and the room was spacious and well-equipped. Overall, the hotel is well-maintained and looks great. I also appreciated the Bock restaurant within the hotel, where I dined twice; the staff was very attentive, and the food was delicious. Upon arrival, which was very late (after 10 PM following a long journey), I assumed I'd have to settle for a sandwich from the gas station across the street. However, the receptionist was exceptionally kind; he called the Bock restaurant and arranged for me to have dinner even at that late hour, when the restaurant was normally closed. I greatly appreciated this gesture! Overall, it was a very positive experience with this hotel.

Location is great for Hannover Messe visitors. Room is reasonably big, very quiet and bed was excellent. Plenty of parking space. Breakfast was exceptionally high quality, with a chef cooking omelettes to your order etc.

Price is a bit high if you pay it yourself. I imagine many guests are Messe exhibitors and their company pays the room. Breakfast room is a bit small for the size of the hotel, I was a bit early so I found a table but people coming later had nowhere to sit. Considering the price of room, paid parking was a bit excessive, for this price you would expect parking is included. Maybe it is to prevent other people from using hotel parking, but they anyway asked for car license plate so parking fee didn't make sense from that poiint of view.

We had a fantastic stay here. We stayed 3 nights as we had a Volkswagen exhibition at the Messe just over the road from here. Once they opened the bridge this meant only a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the venue. The pool area was great, my 6 year old loved it. Food in the restaurant is quite limited, but very nice! The breakfast was great, and the service in all areas of the hotel was excellent. I would come back to stay here again just for a break away with the wife and kids.

We went for a concert in the Zag Arena. The location couldn't be any better. The hotel is nice, friendly staff, breakfast was very good. Always staff to help you out or bring stuff at your table. A lot of choice for the food. I can't think of something i would have possibly want and that I couldn't find it. Definitely worth booking breakfast. We had a room for 3 people, loads of space and nicely decorated. I guess it could have been a bit cleaner but that's just my thing, it was definitely clean (I might be a bit of a freak about that myself 😬). Definitely recommend for short stays.

We had a room for 3 persons, the third bed was not that great nor that comfortable unfortunately. It was a fold-up bed I guess so the ones that slept in the king size bed had nothing to complain about 😁

The service was great and the indoor pool was fantastic. In addition, the location is close to the highway so easy entry and exit. My children enjoyed the pool and the safety at the hotel. Overall, the service was worth recommending further and I look forward to my next stay there.

The breakfast could be a little more divers.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. And the hotel offers superb relaxation facilities with it's pool and Spa.

I think there should be a better choice of pillows as I found mine to be a bit flat so not the best sleep I've personally had for this reason.
