Staff were awesome friendly and helpful. As I arrived one other guest had a problem with her car being stuck and this lovely check in girl from Ukraine asked me so nicely if I could help and she took so much care of the guest that had the car problem. The other girl helped me to check in and was very helpful and friendly. I needed to leave my car in the car park after check out to do the Hannover half marathon and they were all too happy to assist and wished me luck. The hotel room cost me 60€ and it was a clean spacious room with a clean bathroom. Breakfast was very very good and included in the price. The location was perfect,just a few metres to the train station to get into town and plenty of possibilities to eat within 200 meters.

If you're noise sensitive, and I am , being ear plugs ( I always do ) because the trains can be heard but I had a very comfortable night's sleep.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation, due to the fact that it was raining both at the time of arrival and at the time of departure, we appreciated the possibility to pay extra for the garage directly in the building. The breakfast was very tasty, we both chose from the menu and were satisfied. Communication at the front desk was amazing!

Really nothing, maybe only the location of the hotel is convenient for visitors to the fair, for visitors to the city it is really far, but the train has a stop nearby

It was super easy to find, had nice signage and seating visible immediately, and was very clean and modern on the inside. The lobby was nice to sit in during downtime, and has a bar with a surprisingly wide selection of drinks. All of the staff were super kind, I don’t remember the name of the woman who checked us in, but she was very helpful. Roman was also an amazing staff member; he answered all my questions, gave me directions, and even let me charge my phone at the desk as I had lost my charger. Thank you, Roman, and all of the staff!!

I personally didn’t mind, but it is right next to a train station, so it can get noisy. The station itself seemed to be perpetually empty, so safety is not an issue at all, just noise if you’re a super light sleeper.

Everything was fine. Honestly, I did not expect such a quality for a hotel close to a railway station. Clean, accessible, on-line check-in and out makes everything easy and clean. Excellent and sufficient breakfast, coffee available on-site for free and fridges with soft drinks etc. at the lobby.

Everything was OK relative to the price we paid. Although we were on the top floor the water in the shower was hot! And good pressure. Great! The breakfast was more than adequate. Car parking was free although in the supermarket car park next door.

More motel than hotel, no particular charm and a lot of DIY. That being said, we would recommend this hotel to people on a budget.

It was nearby the location we wanted to go to, also lot too far Form the HBF. has shops around and the staff was so. friendly! The all inclusive breakfast was quite nice. they even had some vegan options (bread, muesli, oat milk, veggies, juices etc)

we were really happy with everything except one thing: the Wi-Fi didn’t work and also after talking to the staff it didn’t change. so that’s was disappointing as we kind of needed it and had to book extra mobile data bc of that.

The room was basic but clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The hotel offers a good breakfast with a wide selection. The staff was exceptional in helping us with whatever we needed. The hotel is right next to the train station for the fairground and is very conveniently located. Would definitely return.

A small kettle for boiling water in the room would be a great addition!

Very clean place! everything is small and cozy. Comfortable beds and pillows. Coffee available at the counter, which was a nice option. Tasty breakfast with good choice of products. Second time here and absolutely enjoyed the stay.

The clean hotel and the warm welcome of the staff...... we loved the breakfast but need a bit more attention as most of the baskets were empty at 915am. Rooms are small but good a stopover for a night....recommend

The breakfast was fine. The personnel was very nice.

The beds were a little hard and the pillows weren't too good. It was a little weird getting back after 4/5 hours and cleaning staff had tested my deodorant in our room.
