Small family hotel, clean rooms. Owners extremely friendly and helpful. Always available for additional information and advice. Since we were on a business trip, they also took us to a nearby fair with their transport. For breakfast, everything you would expect was available, the food was delicious, and there was enough of it. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The staff was very friendly and warm. My wife had an exam and I was with my Infant daughter so the owner allowed us to checkout after my daughter's midday nap. The room were also very clean and well maintained. The breakfast included was sufficient and good, specially for the price. All in all a great experience. Will definitely live here again if we ever visit Hannover.

All was amazing but notice that you need a car if you want to stay in this hotel since is not in a walking area and is far from supermarkets and restaurants with car is 3-5 minutes but walking is more than 20’ so just keep that in your mind

Although situated in the suburbs of Hannover, this hotel is clean, tidy, has free parking, and serves an excellent breakfast. By car, it is close to supermarkets, cafés and restaurants. We were in the center of the city and found affordable parking within 30 minutes.

The location of the property makes it necessary to have your own transport. This didn’t stop our enjoyment of our stay as we had our own car.

Very nice small private owned hotel near fair. Hotel owner were very helpful and friendly, he even drove us to the restaurant in the evening and hotels shuttle bus took us to the fair in the morning - for free of charge. Room was nice, clean and got everything what needed. Good breakfast.

The owner of the hotel is really kind person. Always take extra mile to satisfy customer needs. He is very mindful of his behavior and the reputation of the hotel. Gladly he also helped to pay the taxi by cash as the taxi driver didnt accept card. He is offered a ride to Euroblech Fair, booked a taxi even after checkout to transfer me to the airport. Overall 5 Star for the person driving this business.

Cold water in the running tap was limited, as soon the owner was informed he was flexible & kind to offer a room change. It was just a coincident of bad thing. Address on the booking.com shows Rostockerstr. 8, Hannover, Germany, 30880. The taxi driver atleast drove to Hannover ignoring the zip code which is actually in Laatzen. So this is a message to Booking.com to update the address to include Laatzen to be more clear.

The hostellers were very friendly and kind. I was welcomed as far as I arrived at the car park. The room (and the bathroom) were clean, brigth and comfortable. There was a free shuttle to the fair ground in the morning. I even was supplied with the free packed lunch, when the host found out how long would be my way back home.

Once in a while, I am utterly delighted by a stay in a hotel. This was one of those (extremely rare) cases. My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was sensational. And the owner is just incredible. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He really bends over backwards to ensure that his customers are happy. Oh and the price of the hotel is also surprisingly low - especially for Hannover, where prices are sometimes ridiculously high. What a win! I shall return for sure.

Nothing whatsoever. Some guests may not be mad about the location (it's surrounded by industrial buildings). This didn't worry me in the least; it was super quiet at night and so I slept very well. Plus, public transport is an easy 10-minute walk away. So, it's not like you're stuck there.

The father son duo who manages the property are awesome and the warmest people i have met in the hotel industry. One day when i came back late from work and there was no food. They went out of there way and got me croissant & fruits and they never charged me. I love people who are genuinely hospitable in the hospitality industry.
