The staff at reception were pleasant and helpful and were able to communicate eloquently in English. They told us about the restaurant at the hotel provided good advice for eating at various restaurants in the vicinity. The room was very comfortable with fresh bedsheets, towels, toiletries, and we were welcomed with some snacks, bottled water, coffee and tea. The air conditioner kept us cool and the view was very pleasant from the hotel rooms. The WiFi was adequately fast and completely free. Nearby there are lots of good restaurants and an ice cream parlour with a good selection of ice cream and sorbet.

I would prefer if the parking was secure and on site but it was in a nearby public car park which was chargeable during the day. As we were staying for just the night it was totally fine for us.

Quiet and green location, right next to a park which is great for taking a stroll. The room was modern even though they had to cut some corners when it comes to the furniture. However, the tech equipment was on par with nowadays technology, large flat TV, wireless charging etc. The breakfast was amazing, great choice of food, and very very tasty.

The entrance is a bit outdated. The parking lot does not belong to the hotel, it is more of a public parking where you do have to pay; luckily not for the full 24h. Our bathroom was very small, the door was actually hitting the toilet. The shower was narrow, a larger person barely has enough room to take a shower. The toilet was not flushed, it had hair and dirt in it.

Room was comfortable upon arrival, as the AC had kept the room at a pleasant temperature despite it being 34º outside. A welcome snack was a nice surprise! Staff allowed us to store our eBikes inside, keeping them dry from a major storm. Breakfast buffet had lots of options, whether a wide variety of cereals, bread, meat, etc. The location by the Tiergarten is very enjoyable if you prefer nature over buildings, while a nearby tram gets you downtown in a flash. Parking is also convenient, whether secured paid parking or a free of charge, open air city lot.

Nothing although some of the carpets in public areas could be updated one of these days but not because they were dirty, just old.

The customer service and upgrade they gave us after we had a bad first night. They listened and we got a suite and free dinner as a compensation. We have family members that have pets allergies and asthma so we required an allergy friendly room as well and they listened and gave us a big room for all of us.

The bad cleaning in the first room and the bedroom next to the personal elevator. We couldn't sleep that night. We found someone's clothes and the trashcan was not empty, the grapes they have as a welcome thing was old.

The property is located next to the Tiergarten which is a lovely park, with animals in, and has good walks. It has good access by tram into the city centre. There are good restaurants nearby and the best ice cream parlour in Hannover. The staff are extremely friendly and we had a lovely welcome with chocolate, fruit and a rose in our room. And a welcome sticker on the mirror! A much better welcome than the 5star hotel in Hamburg. It is perfectly located near my aunt whom we were visiting. For some it might be a bit far out of the centre. If you drive it has a decent sized car park. The rooms are fine and the mattresses comfortable. The breakfast is good with a wide offering, and when the weather is good, it is possible to eat outside.

We have stayed at this hotel three or four times over the years, and feel that although comfortable, with a good dining room, it is beginning to feel tired.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, location is great. Rooms are clean, big and comfortable. Nice views in all directions. Food and drinks are good. Can warmly recommend this hotel and will for sure stay here next time we visit. Tram less than 5 minutes away takes you to the city centre in about 15 minutes.

If I could make 2 minor changes, it would be to add an automatic door at entrance (hard to go through with stroller or wheelchair) and remove the ash tray right outside the entrance. Although there is a non smoking sign there, there are always a lot of people standing right in front of the entrance smoking. Which is very off putting for a non smoker.

Lovely hotel at the outskirts of Hannover in a quiet neighborhood with shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Service was super quick and nice, the breakfast was great too. Rooms are nice and clean however the acoustics could have been better. A cute hotel to stay in for a couple of nights.

A little outdated and the acoustics could have been better but for the price you pay you get a good return overall.

The location is just lovely. It is close to where my daughter lives, and I loved having the park right there. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was impressed with the cleanliness as well - especially with the number of people who were staying there over the holidays.

There were little things that could change - please provide facecloths as well as the other towels. The bathtub seemed a bit dangerous - high off the ground and slippery. I bought body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The product you provided for all three things made me itch.

I had an outstanding stay at Leonardo Hotel Hannover City. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a welcoming and comfortable experience. The gym was well-equipped, providing everything needed for a good workout. The restaurants offered a fantastic variety of delicious food, and the service was impeccable. The attention to detail and the friendliness of the personnel made my stay truly exceptional. Highly recommended!

Hotel under renovation, but is very nice and confortable! Smiling and hospitable staff The room is large and spacious Clean in the room I liked that they left snacks and water in the room! Comfortable bed; The breakfast was very good and tasty and with food without lactose and gluten! It was everything you needed! The breakfast place was beautiful, decorated like Christmas! 🥰
