a decent size room near to my place of interest, clean surrounding, plenty of paid parking on site. a good breakfast that starts early. top floor room is quite airy. staff are friendly and attentive to your needs. good quality toiletries available in room.

a fridge in room would have been welcome, more comfortable pillows. I felt AC wasn't that powerful- will need some maintenance before summer; thankfully it was cold at night hence could leave the windows open.

The hotel and location are perfect if you're travelling along the A2 motorway and need a break. This is the second time we stayed here as it is close to the motorway with easy access and plenty of parking available, albeit additional charges apply. Dogs are welcome at the hotel and also welcome in the restaurant at breakfast, which was ideal with our needy dog. Plenty of choice for breakfast and will suit all sorts of diets, even KETO with its chia pudding 😁 The staff are lovely both in the reception and restaurant! The room was nice and clean. We will definitely come back again next year.

That there was no option for room service. We arrived at 2205 and the kitchen closed at 2200. Had to spend over 20 euros on a greasy pizza from Deliveroo where a cold meat/cheese platter would've been ideal. Missing remote which couldn't be replaced was a slight issue. Would've been good to occupy the early risers!

Staff was very nice. Great price to performance ratio and so one can’t complain about paying for parking (which you need a ticket to go in and out. As a heads up, it shares the parking lot with another hotel). Nice pool in the summer for kids.

Parking was easy and close but there were not any checkin in parking spots so it was a little hard to know what to do or where to park the first time.

The checkin was quick and easy, parking lot is in front of the building easily approachable. The room was nice and tidy. The breakfast was awesome.

When we arrived the window was open in the room and it took some time to figure out how to fix the stuck locking mechanism.

The hotel room was adequetly sized to a four person family, and the beds were very comfortable! For the prize it was excellent!

Some of the construction work needs a small runover, like the paintjob in the halls, and the staircase tiles were coming loose.

Sent a few messages direct to the hotel via the booking.com message service and never received any response from the hotel. Eventually had to call the hotel directly.

Breakfast and breakfast staff were amazing! We had an adjacent room with other family members and were able to meet in the large restaurant area to spend time together.

There are no facilities for disabled people. For example: shower instead of bath. It was so hard for my husband to get into the bath and to get out the bah was a nightmare. We have been told that the hotel hasn't got any room properly prepared for disabled people. Apart from this, everything was fine.

Great big room with comfy beds, nice and clean, good choice of breakfast. Definitely will be staying again

Young man at reception wasn’t very pleasant, was messing about with covid vaccination. I have shoved him vaccination passport but for some reason he said it’s not good enough. Finally he accepted it I had to prove this is the correct document and it’s has been accepted everywhere else. Gave me and my family a bit of stress wasn’t nice at all 😒 Me and my family (7years boy) had a long journey and was ready for a good rest not arguing over covid passport

Staff at Hotel Mercure are amazingly friendly and helpful. This is our favourite new family hotel with the most delicious hotel buffet breakfast! We will be back.
