I recommend this hotel; the bus and metro station are very near to it. lovely staff, and a good breakfast,clean and comfortable beds,finally affordable price

The staff was very kind and the breakfast is pretty good. There are some nice restaurants nearby but these are not the central ones, but variety is there.

The rooms are basic, with no amenities like a mini fridge or kettle. The rooms don't get cleaned in detail, very surface cleaning (I found bottles and old milk on the window sill). Location is further from the center, takes at least 15 minutes by taxi or 30-40mins by bus.

I booked since I needed to he in the hospital very early next day. Was good for the effect. Comfortable and had a good breakfast. You know what to expect from Ibis hotels.

I believe the price for the value you have can be a bit more competitive but I understand it's the demand of the market. internet was a bit slow when I was there, not sure if it's common.

We went to stay close to the hospital and just for a quick night sleep. It's a good location for that purpose and was adjusted to what we were expecting. Bathroom is good and size of the room is also good.

The swimming pool in the adjacent hotel was a real bonus and the restaurant was also great. Sharing facilities was a fantastic use of space. The team from arrival and for breakfast were of an impeccably high standard.

Breakfast was fairly basic and very little hot food

The hotel was quiet and ideal for a visit at MHH.

The only complain I have (also in other hotels) why is the blanket that thick and hot? it is not winter and even with AC on it was too hot.

The price was reasonable and the room was clean. The continental breakfast had decent selection.

We arrived late at night and it was really difficult to find the hotel as there was no sign or even light to mark the entrance of the hotel. We had to check-in at the next door hotel which is kind of weird. I give less than excellent for Staff rating just for the fact that there were no staff we interact with other than the person checking for our room number for breakfast.

The hotel was quiet and clean with an acceptable room size.

The housekeeping staff did not respond to my request and left my room for the day after. This is not acceptable, and specifically, my request was given early in the morning.

The room was kept up every day. The breakfast area was kept clean and the food was adequate. The staff is attentive during breakfast. This is very nice. The manager (sorry forgot his name), he is very professional and helpful.

Only one negative: came back to room early one day (4pm) and room had not been cleaned. This was most likely due to many other guests checking out on that same day.
