We had a lovely Welcome to the property by Melissa who was in training (unfortunately the woman training her needed a slight attitude adjustment that day), she was so very polite and through our stay she made us feel very welcome. Also another receptionist Eka, was always smiling and willing to help she too made the stay welcoming. The rooms are small, but with that in mind we spent most of the day out and about. It's literally a stones throw to the shopping centre and public transport.

Our rooms 115 and 116 some days when house keeping would leave the doors were not shit properly and we found out on our return as we could just push our doors open, this was a major security risk due to our personal items being in our rooms.

Breakfast was great with lots of choices for beverages and food. There was also bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages and baked beans for those who wanted a hot breakfast. Our room was bright and clean. The bed was comfortable though the big pillows take a bit of getting used to. There were also smaller pillows which were good to have. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The sink is equipped with a faucet with a sensor. It’s a ‘nice to have’ but annoying as you can’t change the temperature of the water. Also, the water shuts off as soon as you remove your hands. Parking at the hotel is expensive. However, the front desk recommended a nearby garage which costs about 30% less. We were lucky and found street parking nearby and it was free overnight.

had a great stay (second stay here) , conveniently located near the hauptbahnhof. at arrival i got a little panic because the studio i rented was not available but i got an upgraded room instead so that was great after all. The bed was perfectly comfortable, the room was meticulously clean. but the biggest pearl of the hotel was the EXCELLENT gym! (wasn t there yet during my previous stay) really exceeded my expectations thanks really recommended

didn t like that i wasn t allowed to pay cash. the kitchen wear in the kitchen was hugely lacking, only 1 plate only 1 cup, no bowls at all the garbage tray kept falling out of the cupboard needs some work

The location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions. The room was lovely - clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. The staff were accommodating and happy to store our bags after check-out, which was much appreciated. The gym featured brand new equipment, a great addition for those who like to stay active while travelling.

The gym space was quite tight and overlooked the car park, which detracted slightly from the experience. Guests should also be aware that access to some rooms requires climbing a few stairs, which may be inconvenient for those with mobility concerns.

Good value for my money. The location was excellent, and the room was very comfortable, with many enjoyable amenities (tea, coffee). The sleep quality was terrific and the shower was good. Wifi was excellent, and I could efficiently work in my room. I'll definitely stayed there again and recommend it!

The room is very technological, which might be an advantage or an advantage according to one's profile. I guess young people will love it! Older generations might struggle with the learning curve to do simple things like opening the door or turning on the TV.

Quite a new hotel with a good location. Comfortable bed and good mattress

1. very limited shampoo/gel in the bathroom. Literally for 1 time to wash. The second time to wash apparently not provided. 2. The room was full of other people's long hair and balls of dust. 3. On TV I managed to find only one working channel. But there was an online radio. It can be survived, but a huge TV with only one working channel is kind of weird. 4. The system of access to the room with an online key periodically did not open the door, you had to do manipulations with the site - close-open, refresh. Either give cards to those who want or use a normal third-party application like AirKey or similar. 5. Room with a balcony, but the balcony there can be considered that there is no, its size is less than 1 square meter.

Lack of toiletries such as handwash soap, shampoo, body wash etc. The staff are nice and hospitable, but not too attentive to customers’ requests. We called and asked for toiletries, she told us to wait for 30minutes. We waited but nobody delivered it to the room, we have to go down just to personally pick it up in the lobby instead. The digital lock door is hard to open.

I really liked the brand new room. It looks very nice and is comfortable. The room we had was right next to the street, but the windows are so soundproof that it didn't bother us. The bathroom is more spacious and better built than the Ibis. It is also cheaper than Ibis and I think it's better value for money. I especially liked the free lotion and the welcome drink & crisps. They also provided a small but nice free breakfast because the breakfast hall isn't fully built yet. I am looking forward to the completed hotel which will also include a coworking space and a gym. The staff is also very nice and helpful and available at the reception 24h and the hotel is reachable from the train station in under 5min. I also liked the option to chromecast to the tv, although it didn't work for me, but that is most likely an issue with my phone.

This is nitpicking because everything was 99% clean. But if you want to make it perfect, make sure you dust off the water bottle & wipe the key cards as well. Please also ask house keeping not to drop in before the guest has checked out if only one night was booked or provide a "do not disturb" sign to hang on the door.
