Staff is great kind, she treated with us as her family, room size is big , clean , no noise, have a fridge inside room, location in the heart of Hannover, price is cheaper comparing with other options in that time, thanks for the great service.

Staff was really nice. Bed was comfortable to sleep, sheets were clean. The room had all the facilities. Overall the hostel was just what I excepted for the money. Would definetly sleep here again! The location is near train station and shops.

Heavy tobacco smellm neighbourhood seemes little unsafe

Very central location with all that that entails, good and bad. Outside noise was quite well isolated m, though I am not super sensitive. Great price compared to other available hotels. Certainly a positive and better experience versus what some of the negative reviews would lead you to believe.

Unable to lock bathroom door, shower holder broken. Nothing major wrong though.

the reception staff help us arrange a 4am morning taxi. appreciate for his help anyway. the hotel has some age, but the price is reasonable.

Facilities were old.there were no needed things in the room like a trash bin.the bed was old and uncomfortable

The bed was comfortable in a large room. It is centrally placed for the major sites and the owner or manager and staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The shower room floor was slippery and needed a mat. The smoke detector had been removed from the ceiling and was minus its battery. The TV did not work and we could not access any channels. We mentioned these to; we think; the owner, but nothing was done but next day on mentioning these things again at our departure, he said he may some time invest in a linked smoke detector system, which seems a necessary safety measure for a five or six story building. An extra upfront charge was put on the bill on arrival for service or some such.

- Location is good close to tram station and 10min walk from train station. - Price was lowest in the city center.

- Room smelled tobacco, fully oversmoked. - Around is noicy streets, but even closed windows provides no soundproof, but you can't close it because there's no air conditioning in room. - Room door doesn't provide any soundproofing, seems like sleeping in the staircase. - Washing room unclean - Water is leaking from shower into room on a carpet - Old furniture. - Very low light in the room. - Reception has limited hours.

The shower needs some deep cleaning, the toilet buttom was almost broken, so were the light switches, one nightstand light didnt work
