The guy at the reception was really welcoming, helpful and friendly, the location of the hotel is great - 5 min walking to the nearest bus\ tram stop, 10 min walking to the nearest supermarket (Rewe) - not far from the Steintor, 18 min walking to the Hauptbahnhof. The room and the beathroom were clean, smelled good, the area was relatively quiet, it is no lift, only stairs, there is a fridge and a kettle, and even a coffee machine in the kitchenette, new cleaning devices (to do dishes) in the box which was really cute, also tea bags and sugar sticks in a bowl. There is a tv set and a huge mirror in the room.

I can't say that I didn't like something but the mattrass was killing my back with its softness (I have back problems) - but it's a personal preference, and there were some napkins under the bed.

I liked the fact that the hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy. The images are just like the pictures shown on the website. And the staff are friendly.

I think it would have been exceptional, if their was a lift as we were on the 4th floor which was the last floor and a lot of flights of stairs to go up especially with a heavy suitcase. It was a bit of a struggle.

The room was lovely, spacious, very new and clean. Bedroom separate, having a small very decent kitchen and a very clean bathroom. The location is right next to the river and east access to city center, 7-8 mins walk.

The property kept sending messages to me in German and upon my complaint they stated that it was an IT problem. I hope they fix it soon to be able to communicate their non-German speaking guests

The reception is not always staffed which wasn't a problem for us but could have been inconvenient

Most importantly of all, the staff was AMAZING: they went above and beyond to help us finding our way back to the place where we had to leave our broken car for repair. They handled the calls to the repair shop and taxi service, even offering us a second breakfast (including freshly-baked cake) while we were waiting for the taxi. Such a nice experience. The room was actually a small apartment, complete with a small kitchen. Newly redecorated. Spatious bathroom. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast was plentiful. Great location to reach the city center in 5 minutes and the Maschsee in 15 minutes walking.

The single and double room were both spacious, simple but well decorated. The beds were comfortable and there was a closet with extra towels. Our room was on the street side, which means two windows and sun in the morning. We were well received and helped by every staff member. The hotel is perfectly located close to the water, between the old centre, the residential neighbourhood and the parks.

There was a strange smell in the hallway. Each room has a kitchenette, so I believe someone had cooked without proper ventilation. (Not really the hotel's fault.) Breakfast was ok, but very basic.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is good. The room is a small studio.

the stairs... they are really high slope. But it is not also a big deal. The kitchen was not equipped, you have to ask for the things at reception, which makes it uncomfortable for some people.

Very comfortable and clean. All basic facilities provided. Staff helpful. Quiet room. Recommend as good place to stay in Hannover.
