Easy to find location. The staff were very helpful. There is a fridge where you can leave your stuff. The building has a lift Very good view from the window. It is very loud during the night but that's not the hotels fault. Has enough towels. Provides hygiene products such as shampoo and body wash. Comfortable padding on the floor. The bed was very comfortable, the pillow was huge and fluffy. Had a night lamp. There is no wardrobe but in the room there is a hanger thingy that does the same job basically.

No lock on the shared bathroom, someone might walk in on you showering(there is a shower curtain) There was no warm water at the beginning, the explanation was that on hotter days the water gets colder(??). Later the same night there was warm water, must be careful and check before showering. The lock on my room was broken and it was very hard to open and close with the key. No AC in the room.

Old building with modern rooms, a nice place overall. Helpful and friendly staff, offering complimentary tea or coffee. Good location, walking distance to old town (closer than to the modern city centre) and tram stop at the door step. Quiet room despite facing a busy junction.

The breakfast seemed too expensive so I didn't take it. More bathrooms would be useful, many rooms per one bathroom now.

I made a reservation for single room, shared bathroom. Both of them were so clean. Location of the hotel is perfect, tram station is just across the street and a lot restaurants, Rewe and Rossman also so close to the hotel. Wi-Fi working well.

Elevator is a bit old but works fine.

Excellent location if youre heading for a concert at Capitol. Clean and simple room and clean bathroom. I was really suprised that there was some kind of aircondition, because room wasn't hot at all. Staff was nice.

Noisy, prepare that everything will be audible to the room. I had read the previous comments and had earplugs with me so this wasn't a problem.

The 2 young guys and the lady from the reception were amazing, super friendly. Hey boss ! If you read my comment : they deserve a raise. Take care of each other ❤️

The staff had a good attitude and were kind. The rooms are stylish and very clean. Although it is centrally located, it is not noisy and there are stations, supermarkets, pharmacies, and cafes nearby.
