Breakfast Buffet was excellent and staff were very responsive to requests. Our two kids ate for free when we bought the Buffet. The staff gave great advice and directions. The overall service was excellent.

The only downside was that there was no mini refrigerator in the room. But the staff kept my things cool behind the counter downstairs so it was no real problem.

Breakfast decent. Room functional including bathroom. Cleaning staff seem thorough but respected my wish for privacy. Very nice location with view to Neues Rathaus. As advertised :)

The use of perfume in cleaning agents and personal hygiene products in the rooms seems somewhat excessive. If you get noisy neighbors you will definitely hear them through the walls.

The hospitality was beyond compare. From the moment I checked in I felt as if I had come home. Rooms are very spacious with a very clean bathroom with an amazing view, nice coffee, Very helpful and professional staff and i would like to say thanks a lot to Lenja also young man and young lady for everything they did for me and the great attitude, always smiling and helpful they make sure you fell at home.Thanks again and we will be back soon

It was cozy and simplistic. Great selection at breakfast. My stay included it in the cost. The bed was extremely comfortable with good quality bedding overall. Staff was friendly, even though I don't speak German extremely well, they tried their best with English. Will book again if back in the area.

I did not get wifi access and could only connect when in the lobby/dining area. I am sure I could have asked but missed the opportunity when someone was at the desk due to not thinking. When I thought of it the desk was closed for the evening. It was mostly just inconvenient but not a real problem.

Stayed at elaya for Hannover Messe conference. Great breakfast spread, delicious! The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Coffee always available. Friendly young staff

No warning that the elevator was broken

I came with my two bunnies. I really appreciate the lack of additional fees or any problems with that. We had a nice place to stay and relax in the middle of our long trip and we'll come back if we ever need to stay in Hannover again:) I also loved the sleeping kit, never saw that before but it's definitely contributing to the pleasant experience

Location was brilliant.opposite the Rathaus and massive public park and lake. Close to the old city. Close to the car park. Staff suggested we should do the red thread walk. It is a redline you follow around the old city. 4.2km. Fascinating. Very pleased staff suggested it.

Stayed at the hotel for the Hannover Marathon weekend. It was excellent, location couldn't be better. The hotel allowed late checkout until 4pm after the race for only 20€.

The walls and doors are thin. My room was at the top of the stairs and it was pretty loud at times. The door also didn't have a real lock on it.

Flexibility for late arrival has been appreciated! Possibility for free parking nearby with great view on the main city park. The room and bathroom were large and beds comfortable. And I enjoyed a wonderful free espresso coffee when leaving.

Property was clean and well located right next to the city center.

The room didn’t have an air conditioner or a mini bar, but that’s pretty standard in Europe.
