The room was okay

We are absolutely unsatisfied with the behaviour of the owner, whom we called, due to the fact that we were for the first time in a place with contactless check in. She was unpolite, answering that every instruction was in an e-mail, although there was nothing in the e-mail. We had to ask a foreigners support to be able to get in.

Such a lovely little space. Perfect kitchenette with everything you could need there. Perfect bathroom. Perfect all over really for a couple for a few nights. We even extended the stay by an extra night and the owner was so helpful in extending our stay and making sure we had the convenience of staying in the same room so we wouldn’t have to move all our stuff. Felt like a little home.

Location was perfect in terms of tram lines or as we did, electric scooter to explore. However, it is in a slightly rougher area of Hannover so if you’re a lone traveller just be wary of your surroundings. It is however dead centre between (what I would say is) the locations that you’d want to see. One direction is the Royal and Botanical Gardens plus sea life centre, the other is the Lake and football grounds. Plus not far from the main shopping district. But only noting it as a slightly unsafe feeling at night but once inside it’s absolutely fine. No staff at all but easily contacted through Booking.com. No lift and pretty tough stairs if you’re on a higher floor but again little things, don’t let this put you off!!

Clean apartment same building near centre for price is OK same .And management help me vith Chek in they by helpful .

Better dishes for cooking more plate .and for 10 days I'm ask stuff for more towel and reserve bedship I'm ask stuff for thats they tel me I'm nead to ask management. Simply if they put ekstra towels and bedship or Chek vith as .if we nead .

We went here because we were attending a concert in the Hannover Capitol. The location was perfect for this. Check-in was a breeze! And the room was pretty good overal. We could have done with something to boil water for tea in, but at least there was a fridge. Just be aware that there is no elevator. We had to go up to the top floor and it was killing.

No elevator. Those stairs can be quite a lot when you're carrying bags. And the room can't be locked. The description says that the rooms are soundproof, this isn't the case but it could be FAR worse.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aparthotel Lenau, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who made sure I felt right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay

A good location, better than expected. Within walking distance of the old town and train station to get to the MESSE. Overall pleased with our stay, the apartment was a bit smaller than what you would expect for an apartment.

I did not like the contactless check in, it was late at night when we arrived and it was all a bit confusing. Luckily enough we were able to make phone contact with someone who was able to assist us, Luckily it was a week night if it had been the weekend we would not have been able to get help.

Good location easy to use metro from station. Good facilities and reasonable communication from the hotel. The apartment though was great.

No staff so check in procedure all online. Worked ok for us but not for everyone and we had to queue as only one of the check in tablets (out of 3) was working.

Great room for comfortability. Kitchenette and bathroom were clean. Room well equipped. Location 15min walk to centre.

There was a door that led to the next room and a wardrobe against it to stop the door opening. That didn’t stop the neighbours trying to get in and it was a tad awkward. Rooms aren’t soundproof.

One of the best accommodations in Hannover. Very good conditions for the money. Very clean, great kitchen - 100% recommend.

The location - close to the center, but 'weirdo' buildings around, graffiti, a drunk guy around the area... I would not recommend this for a single girl, as I didn't felt 100% safe on the streets at night.. but maybe it was just me that had this feeling.

The apartment was clean and nice. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was everything we needed. The locality was okay, we were able to get everywhere on foot.

The process of getting in was quite complicated, we did not have any code we were supposed to get, fortunately, someone let us in and everything was arranged at the reception.
