We missed a bit a small fridge in the room but this is definitely not crucial! Also, a more detaled info about the location of the small guests parking would be helpful: being a self check-in hotel, we had no one to ask about it Fortunately I speak a little German and went to the auto service behind the hotel and got confirmation from the staff there that the guest parking was in that yard.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Good location about 15 min walk from the main train station. Everything was clean and very well-maintained. The room was nicer than it looked like in the photos. Breakfast buffet is only one, small table but it is enough to fill your stomach. The staff will ask would you like coffee, tea, eggs, and personally bring them to your table. Very satisfied with my stay and a great value for money.

We would have liked to have another key, as we accidentally left it in the room. There is no staff in the evening so you'll be locked outside until they come to let you back in. Wi-fi was fast but I had to reconnect to it multiple times during my stay.

We didn't get a code to get our key and had just run out of data for our phone so we couldn't call to get a code. Thank goodness someone was able to help us and phoned for the code.

The staff was helpful and spoke good English. The room was a good size and had a good desk and surfaces for placing down my expansive luggage.

Arriving was a little confusing as I needed to declare my time of arrival before I was called from the hotel and given instructions for getting my keys. Likewise, the printed payment instructions visible at the hallways were apparently out of date and I only learned what to do the next morning when I was called from the reception. The breakfast mentioned in many reviews was not available, perhaps because of ongoing renovations (though none was advertised either). There was a capsule coffee maker in the room, but if it could be used to produce just hot water, ai couldn't figure out how it's done.

Proper, classic hotel room - very spacious, clean, comfortable. Good sound isolation. All facilities worked well, I can recommend it.

There was no one at the reception and I only got my key box code after sending them a message. Would have been best to have received that prior (I had told them my check-in time). However, they responded very quickly and were friendly.

It was spotless; Quiet, close to town by tram, close to car park; Staff cooked breakfast if you wanted.

Nothing was wrong with the property. Only downside was maybe the view, but we could live with that.

The hotel was well located - easy to get to from the main #2 road, yet still an easy walk into the centre. The whole hotel was fantastically clean. Our room was very comfortable, making for a good stay.

Couldn't answer any questions about the staff as there weren't any. We found a key to our accommodation in a coded box. It didn't matter though as the room was very clean and very comfortable.

We had a little difficulty finding how to get into the building but a passer by helped us out.

Extremely friendly staff, breakfast lady even took a look for our dogs while we had breakfast. It was really nice. Also, the location is great.

No contact with staff was really weird. Using covid that had finished long time ago as an excuse. Same with breakfast that couldn't be served. Its not really how hospitality works. And dust sheets left on the staircase. Place was abandoned.
