We enjoyed our stay immensely. All of the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, making us feel very welcome and comfortable. In particular, Sven was notable for being friendly and immediately willing to help and look after us - we really appreciated his kindness and hospitality. The room is furnished simply but was spacious and comfortable. Most importantly, the bedding and bathroom were very clean. There was a lot of choice for the breakfast and the dining area was very clean. The location is very convenient with frequent buses calling at the stop immediately outside, taking just 5 minutes to get into the town centre & train station. From there, less than 20 minutes to reach Cologne central station. Really excellent! Thank you again for accommodating us and we look forward to visiting again.

The room was clean and bright. We only stayed one night, but the staff were friendly. The location suited us as we needed a stopover on a longer journey. We had a wheelchair and managed okay, it is borderline wheelchair friendly. We did not have an accessible room, but we knew this when we booked. The breakfast was good. This is a sports hotel and we felt a little unfit 😄. We would use it again as a stopover.

If you want to visit Cologne, you need a car. It is 35 minutes to get to the cathedral, much longer in rush hour. We knew this when we booked it.

very green and easy communication to cologne. About 10 min walking to train that goes on a regular basis. Very pleasant area and everything functional. Also the staff available and nice.

its all very correct but you can see that the facilities might need a bit of upgrading. The TV for instance had bad signal. All in all good and especially for the offer that was given.

This was an excellent location, just a few minutes from a direct train to Cologne and Dusseldorf airport. €11 each way to dussledorf airport on the S11 train. Nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. Room was lovely and quiet and lovely and warm. So reasonable to stay 2 nights. Breakfast was lovely and great communication by email.

you get exactly what you need - clean place to sleap, shower and morning breakfest. And its just 30 min away (19 Sbahn+11 walk) from Koeln Messe

None. May by somebody would like fansy shmansy interior. Dont expect. Its simple building with clean rooms/bed/etc.

The cleaning service were really annoying they knocked on my door once in the morning, had no reply, and found the door locked. 2 minutes later, again, they were trying to open the door and knocking. It was obvious someone was sleeping inside no need to keep knocking several times if there is no reply. I had to wake up early after sleeping for only a couple of hours 🙃

Price was fair during the euro 2024. Very nice small city, easy to travel. The "hotel" is a training motel for youg sportsman, but is was fair. Recomend.

Great location, quiet, close to many restaurants and shopping possibilities as well as rail connection to Cologne and other places. Staff very friendly, helpful and efficient.

This is a dormitory for a gymnastics sports training center, carpets and furniture are partly from the 1970s. Given the relatively high prices for hotels in this area this is what you get for the price but for a few euros more one can get better options.

I did like the wardrobe only.

I didn't like that headboard, which is very short . It is really annoying. The carpet was very old. No kettle in the room, no tea or coffee Although I did request, they didn't supply . The TV has only basic German channels. Very hot. No, even a small fan . Was mosquito as well. The room is not very cheap but very, very basic . You will not feel it is the hotel room. Just place to sleep . Also, the wall looked like not finished.
