The accomodation is nice, many interesting decoration pieces, loved the stained glass lights in the dining room. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Parking right at the entrance and the quick access to the motorway was a big plus for us, as we only stopped for sleepover. The check in process was easy, got the door codes over the phone and we could arrive late without hassle. There are grocery shops near by and a restaurant opposite the hotel. Breakfast was good, hubby says the quality of teas was extraordinary 😊 thank you.

Everything is fantastic, but we need something like summer time fan or something and also need hair dryer, and small fridge fir the summer time, Otherwise absolutely fantastic Thank you so much We come back again soon

Very quiet hotel and a good location with rail connectivity to Cologne and other areas. Very friendly staff and good facilities, as well as ample restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. Great breakfast buffet.

Changed rooms for a double bed, wifi router was very dodgy in new room, normally fast and good in the whole hotel.

The location is close to the bus and tram lines to Cologne. It was a great place for our needs: a place to sleep in between visiting the Christmas markets.

The heater shut off overnight and it got cold. Other guests came in during the night and were very loud in the hallway (no, or not good, soundproofing)

Silence, there is a bus stop in front of hotel,, clean and there is a nice restorant opposite hotel.to reach to main train station 35 min by bus

There isn't t soap in bathroom, there isn't t refregerator and sleeper

The hotel was very clean and the staff were kind and friendly. The breakfast was very nice. Location was perfect for our needs. We slept well.

No facility to make a hot drink in the room. My husband wanted cooked breakfast but I was happy with the continental style breakfast.

A little out from the city centre but the train link is very good and there are local shops and cafes in the area.
