The only aspect I was less satisfied with was the quality of service in the restaurant during the evening hours. The wait time for orders was noticeably long, and the staff’s demeanor lacked the client-focused approach one would expect.

Fantastic location and excellent facilities - seemed extremely family friendly so will go back with my two kids in august. Also the active pass seems excellent to keep kids occupied - I spent the days by the pool and trail running so didn’t utilise the offer but great option with kids looking for activities to do and they are included in the stay

The massage room wasn’t as cosy - bright light and bed was a little uncomfortable but I was also getting a bit sick and didn’t realise it at the time so maybe was just me

Loved the very relaxed vibe, and the pool table turned into a lovely entertainment in the evenings with our teenage kids. We were pleasantly surprised by a delicious burger, having not expected much from a hotel with only 'bar food' for dinner. The views out of our rooms were amazing, and several wonderful waterfalls within hiking distance of the hotel, through gorgeous forests. The breakfast until 12 (!) was exceptional, finally a hotel that can cater for larks and night owls alike.

The pool could be a bit warmer to live up to the Spa name. The sister hotel Oswald does a wonderful menu, but you need to drive there. It would be good to have some local dining deals to hand. Minor issues to be honest.

The rooftop over the car, the room, the balcony with the view, I enjoyed the oiled soap, especially good after using the pool for the skin. The breakfast is exceptionally, the variety and the quality also, especially the idea of self baking eggs. Amazing.

The only negative thing in our stay was the restaurant, where staff forgot our order for dinner and my daughter falled asleep during the one hour of waiting for a wurst and the pizza. Eventually we cancelled the order.

Breakfast was awesome. All the usual buffet items + an area to "cook it yourself". Frying pans, eggs and everything you need for a mega-omlette. The coffee machine was good, too.

The restaurant only offered basic fare such as pizzas and burgers but this may have been temporary

The place so beautiful, the breakfast was great till 12:00 that is very helpful with kids, the view is staning, the pool and resting area so beautiful. The rooms was big and cozy and the aktiv card is just perfect.

No place to laundry.

All the facilities are really good. Saunas, swimming pool, relaxing area....

The mattress could be better. And it would be really helpful with the staff in the reception speaks English.

Pillow was a little hard

The restaurant was something that we did not like. The ambient was great but the following happened. We ordered Tortilla and we explicitly said that we did not want a hot sause. And they brought us a mild sause but with hot Tortilla chips. Then we ordered Hamburgers for dinner. We waited for 40 min and then they said that they were out of hamburgers. At least at the end they offered us complementary pizza and the staff was pretty nice. But overall not a good service.
