Nice equiped and very clean hotel and room. We were really suprised when we found there fully equiped shared kitchen with free tee. The hotel is very well managed, the owner is friendly person who takes care about the guests. The hotel offers comfort, very clean rooms and good equipment for kids. We asked for earlier check-in and we got it, the responses from the hotel were quick. We can recommend this hotel and we are sure we will get there again.

There was cold in the restaurant during the breakfast.

The hotel offers a huge backyard playground for children of all ages and free sports equipment to enjoy many sports activities for the whole family. There is also an indoor playroom. Highly recommended for families with small children!

Our family room was quite small but we spent most of our time outside so adequate for sleepover. The equipment of the room is rather simple.

The location is great and very close to the mountain. Parking was comfortable and had an E charger for our car. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There were lots of fun things for the family to do in the game rooms!

We wish the air hockey and Fußball tables were free, but you pay to play. We also would have liked to be on the same floor as our other room.

The location of the hotel is really nice, with a green and relaxing park and a good parking area. The kindness of the staff was really great.

The room was a bit too narrow for 2. The bathroom is good but there is surprising lack of electric points: there was only one in the room. Considering that nowdays all have at least a phone to charge during the night I recommand to increase the number of electric points.

The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly as well. There is also a nice terrasse and garden.

Our room didn't have any curtain, so we woke up early with the day light. We ask the reception about it, if it was possible to either put a curtain or move us to another room. Unfortunately the receptionist couldn't help us in any way, as the hotel was fully booked.

Staff was super friendly, a lot of details making the stay very pleasant (free cookies and Easter candy, free coffee), a lot of indoor and outdoor facilities to pass the time. Out bathroom looked like is was renovated the week before our arrival, everything new and clean. The environment around the hotel invites for hiking and enjoying nature. We will definitely be back.

Nice room with spacy bathroom, clean, quiet. The staff was very helpful, speaking German, czech. The hotel is a small paradise for children, while having a huge playground with a variety of attractions (large "spider net", table tenis, football playground, beach volleyball and for the youngest also a "digger" by the sand )

Spacious and clean and everything you could wish for at the hotel - even on rainy days with 4 teenagers no one was bored! Gym, communal kitchen, indoor and outdoor table tennis, an arcade room, Beachvolleyball, badminton, football and basketball..and a huge playpark

Clean room, sufficient buffet breakfast, enough parking space. Good location.

It was possible to hear noise from the corridor and other rooms. A noisy fan in the bathroom that turns on automatically when there is movement in the bathroom.

The play facilities ( both the outdoor and indoor ) were excellent. 10/10.

Breakfast for vegetarians is really not good (number of options). Only one charging point in the room that was easily available. Water comes out from the shower cubicle at the bottom .
