Very nice hotel with excellent facilities for a pleasant holiday: + Very friendly staff + Numerous facilities (2 saunas, jacuzzi, swimming pool, ping pong, tennis, etc.) + Located right by Bostal Lake, which offers many activities + Comfortable beds + Spacious rooms + Amazing breakfast The hotel also offers a free Saarland Card per person, which gives you access to many fun activities and attractions in the area!

The only thing missing was a mini-fridge and water boiler (with coffee & tea) in our room. The internet connection is good, but not extremely fast. Note: the jacuzzi has a very pleasant temperature, though the swimming pool is not heated (at least not during our stay).

This is really an amazing place, so charming and cozy. We liked it since the moment we parked our car in front. All the surroundings and the hotel itself are wonderful! The staff is super friendly and nice. The room was warm and cozy. Maybe we had luck, but the swimming pool area was not crowded at all and we really enjoyed it. The dinner and the breakfast were very delicious. There is also a bar, where we tested some cakes with beer and we were not disappointed at all :) This is a perfect place to relax and be close to the nature. I would highly recommend it, we will be back for sure :)

Wonderful Experience! The atmosphere, location, and service were all excellent. The on-site restaurant truly stood out – exceptional service, a well-curated menu, and top-notch quality. The meat and asparagus dishes were especially superb. Highly recommended!

One small downside: I found the pillow too big and hard for my liking. It would be great to offer two pillow options so guests can choose what suits them best.

The location was perfect for visiting friends in the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable & modern. All areas of the hotel were spotless. The staff were welcoming & polite, helpful & accommodating. Not all spoke English but everything we asked was understood and there was always someone at reception who could. Our stay was very pleasant & we can’t wait to stay again!

Our only complaint was a lack of additional pillows in the room. We had singles so there was just 1 pillow on the bed. Only a minor thing really. I did actually struggle to think of anything I didn’t like!

In general everything was good, the scenery is brilliant, the location is old school German and the food was brilliant for sure. Free parking was a nice extra.

Pool is a little small, only 1 jacuzzi and some of the staff could have been a bit friendlier. Being told where you MUST sit in the morning when coming down for breakfast when the breakfast room is pretty empty was a little bit excessive when my partner asked if we could sit in the room with a nicer view she was very aggressively told "No!".

This place is great for families but I can imagine it is very lovely for couples too. There are lots of English speaking staff who were beyond helpful. My car battery was dead. The staff came out and charged it up! One particular server was so kind and entertaining. The location is in a lovely village near to the lake. We spent a day at Center park and we're gratefull to return to such a relaxing place and the end of the day. The hotel indoor pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. Everything in this hotel is clean. The buffet breakfast has lots of healthy options.

The location is perfect, walking distance even with two small children to the beach, an indoor and an outdoor play ground, while the hotel has it's own playground and relax beds in its garden. The sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool were great, the kids loved it too. Staff is kind and helpful, dressed in a traditional way, completes well the theme of the hotel.

The sauna only works from 4pm to 10pm, while we would have used it in the morning or after lunch. The pool and jacuzzi is available all daytime. The couch-bed in the Junior suite is not that comfortable for a big guy, but it's acceptable for a weekend stay.

The hotel is nice, the location is great although unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best. Great facilities : Pool, sauna, relaxing area. Possibility to have treatments and massages at the neighbouring house. The staff was friendly.

I was a little concerned about the cleanliness of the rooms, when I saw customers with a dog leaving the hotel. They are accepted but being a person with allergies, how can I be sure, no dog slept previously in the room?

Great location. The food is delicious! Breakfasts have a variety of choices, everything is fresh and you can find healthy food. The room, although a little old style, is very cozy and clean. The bath complex was very nice, especially after a walk around the lake. I haven't had such a wonderful rest for a long time!

Exceptional service provided by all. Very consistent, very friendly and attentive. Very quiet rooms. Good choices at breakfast. Solid three star property that aspires to be more.

Outside of property to the rear and sides is not nice due to random add ons, parking on gravel. Lacks a consistent concept and investment. Village and surrounding area are in economic distress and have been for decades. No lake views. Access to lake is not as easy as described. Area near Birkenfeld is more scenic and nicer.
