The hotel is simple, but offers good accommodation. The area is quiet and close to the town centre. It also offers a kitchen for those who choose to make their own food. It is a good price for what they offer. The rooms are exceptionally clean. I would sleep there again at any time. I also enjoyed that we had a balcony and the opportunity to smell the fresh grass in the morning while having a coffee.

The mattress was soft like butter, but I also know that they do have hard mattresses available, as the other room I visited had a comfortable mattress.

The hotel is based on / part of the University of Birkenfeld, it is fairly basic, clean and functional. Good value price wise, and ideal for a one night stay in a quiet location. On site restaurant for breakfast and / or lunch. Free car parking.

A ten minute walk to the dining block for breakfast. The restaurant is not open during the evening with few alternatives due to the location. Birkenfeld is the nearest town (6 kms). The local village has two pizza / kebab restaurants. The Antalya Grill was my preferred choice - the guy made me a nice pizza.

cleanliness and proximity to campus. let us leave our luggage earlier than check in. very quiet. nice bathroom and shower.

beds were a little hard, it would be nice if they had a mattress pad for side sleepers. no lights outside at night. it was dark at night until it detected you were in the hallways.

Fantastic commnication, very easy and fast, we had a late check in and we booked only a couple of hours before arrival, everything was excellent. Table with information, available bottles of water and glasses, clean and nice bathroom. We were stopping here as a convenient stop of our route to Austria. Very quiet area, no noise at all. Available parking with plenty of space. Price is very reasonable.

Lovely and clean with a room big enough for us for a few days. Breakfast was good with enough choice. We have paid double this amount for a less desirable room. Very happy.

Great comfortable room and bed. Small kitchen in the hotel with coffee machine. Safe bike storage and easy self check in if you arrive after 6. Quiet location..

Nearest restaurant is about 1.5km away. Not great sound isolation from other rooms. Wifi not working.

The room was spacious and clean

The parking spots in front of the hotel was often full, so you had to park a bit further away.

Location was near the train station. Staff were friendly. Room had storage space.

If it had air conditioning, fridge & shower mat in the shower. We would have preferred a double bed mattress instead of two single ones & a double duvet.
