Great value for the price – comfortable room and peaceful stay I stayed one night at Landhaus Gräfendhron and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room given the low price (€45 total, including VAT). The room was small, but it was clean, quiet, and perfectly suited for a short stay. For this price, it offered everything essential without compromise on comfort. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent — clean, functional, and equipped with everything needed. The overall atmosphere was peaceful, which made it a good place to relax after a long day. Unfortunately, I had to leave early in the morning and couldn’t try the breakfast. I honestly wish I had had time for it, as the place gave off a calm, welcoming feeling that made me want to stay longer. If you’re looking for something simple, reliable, and good value for money in a quiet area, this is definitely worth considering. I would happily stay here again.

Start with the simple and friendly check-in. Then eBay out-of the way and in the world's, and really small village, expected simplicity. Opened the door and re checked thinking I was in an upscale hotel, causing 3 times the price. Adjustable lights, cable TV, music cd player, internet easily simple password to connect and strong signal. Stand for suitcase( many hotels costly allot more, don't have this) brush to wipe shies before climbing stairs to your room. Then there is a small bar and uniquely decorated restaurant with half decent menu. Many other hotels or pension need to stay at this place! Highly recommend!

Hmm always something. I would have an extra thicker pillow in room and change the locks to an electronic entry.

This place is a little gem and I enjoyed every minute of my stay. Fantastic food, hospitality and tranquility around. I will come back to enjoy again in the spring/summer time as this location deserves it. I was with my dog and we had everything we were looking for. The social impact of the Landhaus Gräfendhron just adds to the benefits.

Be mindful that Internet and mobile reception is very poor in the entire region. It wasn't a problem for me but it's worth mentioning. Download your maps offline.

The accessibility room that we booked was really superb. Far exceeded our expectations, and far better than we have had from much higher priced Chain Hotels. Beautifully quiet location, friendly natives(!!). Evening meals are really nice and very well priced. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

What a brilliant hidden gem. This is a converted farm complex that is now a lovely clean and well run country guesthouse. I enjoyed my stay and if given the chance will definitely go back. Brilliant staff and wholesome handmade food is rare to find these days. Yes, it's a simple place but it's got it's own charm and quality to it.

The fact there's no reception on mobile phones at first gave me a little pause but in the end I enjoyed the disconnect and quiet that further helps enjoy the place.

I cannot recommend this stay highly enough. The staff were particularly friendly. We had a misunderstanding because of my poor German, and they went out of their way to find a solution for us and help us in every way possible. Also the location is beautiful, and the facilities spotless and comfortable.

It is worth noting that the Internet isn't the strongest, but this wasn't a problem for us.

Clean room, own bathroom, everything is in place. Breakfast included. Nice english speaking stuff. Great nature around.

You should better have a car to live there, because it's a small village somewhere between mountains and I didn't see a bus stop nearby. The WiFi internet was fine, but there was something wrong with it's settings - I couldn't make a voice call via telegram, but Skype worked well, just connection was a bit unstable

Very spacious room, well-equipped with microwave. Warm and clean. Lovely village location in the wooded hills above the Moselle River. We had a great currywurst and chips on our arrival. All very good value-for-money.

We weren't able to shut the Velux window in our bathroom.

Lovely rural location, large room, basically furnished but comfortable and warm. Staff were great, with a warm welcome, a meal and drink in the evening even though the bar/ restaurant was closed and a good breakfast the following morning. If you like an away from it all escape this is a great place, we also took the opportunity to follow a local walking trail, nice tranquil scenery and didn't meet a soul all day!

Landhaus Gräfendhron is located in a quiet small village, surrounded by green forests. It’s perfect to go on daytrips : we went to Bernkastel, Piesport, Trier, the aviation museum in Hermeskeil, the suspension bridge in Zell (great hiking trails). The guesthouse is very dog friendly, the staff is helpful and the food is of a high quality ( fresh burgers, schnitzels, pasta and salads, a refined breakfast buffet). The courtyard is a relaxing place for drinks. The rooms are well kept and clean. Thank you Lola & Isa for your hospitality! We hope to come back.
