Great hotel and accomodation ! Very friendly staff and great combination of hiking and wellness. Everything is very clean and accessible, the hikes are easy to find and on many different levels. The surroundings and nature is beautiful. We went here to actually inquire for our wedding location, the staff was very helpful and answered all our questions. We ended up chosing another venue becauseo f the distance, but I would for sure recommend for weddings, seminars, stay with friends for hiking or just a romantic weekend away.

excellent breakfast, beautiful Spa and very clean rooms. The building is beautifully renovated and the hotel offers everything you might need. The reception staff is very friendly and open to all requests.

We had booked a table for dinner in the restaurant but we were 10 minutes early. An arrogant waiter told us to wait in the hall, at 20:00 sharp we were allowed into an empty restaurant, so it felt a bit ridiculous.

Very friendly staff, beautiful Spa area, comfortable rooms., nice breakfast buffet. The location is a bit in the middle of nowhere, but good if you like to hike or bike.

The restaurant (evening) was way overpriced. The quality was quite alright, and again very friendly staff, but the prices are not in line with the quality or quantity of what is served. Ex: I paid 16Euros for 1 sausage and some fries!!

Surrounding and the facility is great. Restaurant is a bit limited with menu. Spa is crowded with kids. Although they claim peace of spa in the forest kids & shouting parents is not making it easy to relax. If you dont use the spa all the terraces and open space is amazing. Very close to all trail heads and trails around the lake.

Very friendly staff, lot of things to do for kids, Easter themed activities were amazing (egghunt, traktor ride), spa is also great. The babysitter lady in the kids’ club was absolutely the best!

The restaurant is not big enough for the number of guests, for dinner difficult to get a table.

Sounded like someone was moving furniture above me and it was late at night. Bed was a little too soft. Roladen kept getting stuck.

Amazing hideaway to de-stress. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, excellent spa and pool and delicious breakfast. L'Occitane toiletries were a luxurious touch. Bed was very comfortable and rooms have good insulation against noise. Dinner was also excellent. We will definitely return.

beautiful and serene, this property is meticulously clean and well kept. the privacy of a small town and the tranquility of the mountains leave you wishing you could live there. the pool and spa area are pristine and perfect, the pool is crystal clear and warm, the view beyond the glass is gorgeous. you get pampered and leave refreshed and fabulous. the staff is kind and super helpful. they stock the mini bar in your room with free goodies. the breakfast is delicious and the meal served in the restaurant exquisite. best place I’ve stayed in years.

Pool and spa services were fabulous. Plenty of facilities to rejuvenate after a long day. The restaurant had a great menu and selection of drinks.

Rooms could high benefit from A/C or even having fans installed in the rooms. Bed was a little firm and made for a slightly uncomfortable sleep.

That there is a pool, sauna and hiking possibilities around.

No airco and a very warm blanket during warm nights. The staff in the restaurant could have been more present and it would be great if people talk English or at least understand the basics.
