American couple, spending 2 nights in early May. Extremely CLEAN and comfortable. We chose a terrace room, which was nice. Hot shower, comfortable bed. Gummy bear treats were a nice touch and for a minimal purchase there's extra drinks and snacks in the room to choose from. I liked the entry area with make-up shelf and mirror. A lot of pride in ownership displayed, which was so nice to see. The breakfast was typically German but more extensive than we've seen anywhere else , to include a vitamin bar and sweet treats to take with you. I loved the cappuccino!! A beautiful view from the restaurant of the castle in the hillside above. Birds and wildlife to watch from the window. A really great place to stay for a few nights. Thank you/Vielen Dank!!

Nothing :-) For what we needed for 2 nights, it was perfect and we really appreciate the thought that the owners have obviously put into their hotel for many years.

This place is very clean and cozy and comfortable. A beautiful view of the castle. The staff was kind and spoke English. They were very accommodating for a family with children. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Our bedroom was so dark at night. I can't sleep well with lights in my room. This was perfect for me.

We did wish the rooms were more soundproof. It was easy to hear people who were inside the rooms from the hall outside. There's not much to complain about.

Hotel has an excellent setting, in a residential district, with lovely views. Staff (father and daughter) are very friendly and welcoming. Great value for money with superb choice for breakfast. Room very comfortable with good-sized shower-room.

As usual, would have appreciated a kettle in the room.

Loved the Location,with lovely scenary. The hotel is run by a family and that makes the experience special. Beds were comfortable. Its not the luxury type of hotel, yet so clean and comfortable and has everything you need.

Breakfast could have had more options. My kids didnt like it.

Clean, great room accommodations, local flavor, terrific breakfast, owners very accommodating, very good in-house restaurant, room included outdoor space.

During our stay, there were a few hot days and so the nights were warm in the room. No a/c, and wasn’t expecting it. To help cool the room, a ceiling fan would have been very welcome.

Daniela was absolutely amazing and very hospitable. The food at the restaurant was very authentic and always fresh and piping hot! The breakfast spread was the best i've seen in Europe so far.

They have an awesome breakfast spread. Fresh bread, bagels, cream cheese, assorted meats, smoked fish, and all the juice you could want. I’d honestly have stayed there just for the breakfast.
