The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had a graduation ceremony that would take a few hours and we had our dogs with us, and I asked if late checkout would be possible so the pups would be safe and comfortable while we were at the ceremony, and they were able to allow us too which I was very grateful.

Even though, the hotel is dog friendly, there was some miscommunication about having our dogs with us. On the booking.com website, their hotel says pet friendly, however, I was told that we would need to send a message to confirm that they had rooms available for our pups once we got to the hotel. I think they should either take off pet friendly or say pets allowed upon request, so that way there will not be any misunderstanding. Overall, the staff were amazing and helped us with this situation. I just think that for the future, it might help for other people who try to book them with pets so there will not be any issues.

Wonderful stay, highly recommended! I felt very welcomed during my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and always greeted me with a smile, helping me with everything I needed. The hotel is beautiful and cozy, the room was lovely and very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is very complete. Choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision. I highly recommend it! :)

Breakfast included, free parking, right next to base and really nice english speaking staff is a safe bet if getting a hotel thats not expensive. Can not go wrong with this one if not concerned about night life in walking distance if that is the goal then Christine or Goldinger. This hotel is cheaper than those and a little closer so bettet value of the 3. They even offer check in at 2pm and coffee on arrival

For the price no complaints at all they even offer checkin at 2 and free coffee.

The room was good sized, the bed was comfortable, the wi-fi worked fine, and there was English programming on the TV. The breakfast was really good. Taxis were readily available, and it was about a 10 euro ride from the places I wanted to be,. and I was able to walk to train station and grocery in about 20 minutes if I wanted. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

My main complaint is that there are some stairs to climb. Even though there is an elevator, there are stairs to climb to get into the hotel, and some of the rooms require going up a few steps after coming off the elevator.. Sometimes the room was too hot or cold, because it was difficult to adjust the heat control on the radiator.

The rooms are good size, the place was quiet and they have a great breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable, and the wi-fi was fast enough for everything I wanted to do. There is a TV in the room, but I didn't watch it this time.

My main complaint was that the elevator stopped working when I was there, and I had to drag my bags up and down stairs, this time it wasn't a big issue, but would have been if I had big bags. even when the elevator does work, you have to move bags up and down a few steps to get to some rooms.

Despite the hotel is not a brand new, it has everything you need...breakfast is quite rich and diversified..wifi works fine...rooms are quite wide and comfortable...staff is helpful

The staff was friendly and professional.

The beds were old and one was broken on one side of the bed and was unusable because of its noise. The other side of the bed was usable. Water from the shower leaked under shower door and flowed into sleeping area.

Location was perfect, very close to Ramstein Air Base. The front desk staff was very helpful, allowing us to store our luggage until our next hotel was available. I would be happy to stay here again.

I didn’t really like the breakfast options, but there was a wide variety of things to choose from. Also, it was very hot in our room and very difficult to cool it down enough to sleep. Luckily, there was a fan in the room to help a little.

The location was within a five minute taxi ride from Ramstein Air Base. A quiet location in the town of Ramstein-Miesenbach. The restaurant on the back side of the Hotel had just reopened and the food there was phenomenal! The breakfast offered by the Hotel Pirsch was first-class! It even included a traditional Austrian dish. Well worth it!

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The breakfast was great with a variety of meats and cheeses. there were also multiple jams with a variety of breads as well. There were multiple types of juice, coffee, and tea for drinking. The location is also very nice with pretty good parking.

I couldn't stay much longer due to them being fully booked.
